My over all experience with H&R block was terrible until I got paired up with Onica Hendricks. Every employee before her was very unprofessional and unreliable. She changed my experience from terrible to excellent.

H&R Block is a great place to get your taxes done. They ate very professional and knowledgeable. Very nice employees and nice office setting. I've used them this year and last year. I will go back.

David Bruder screwed up my taxes this year! After I told them it was a mistake with my taxes no contact for four days. Wild goose chase having to go to other locations having them call barberton office because they would answer my calls nor contact me back. Then the supervisor Robin said they would give me partial of my money back after I paid for the peace of mind protection charging me over $400 and I uploaded all my info and documents is unacceptable they're very unprofessional was there from 12:10 to almost 3pm I have never had a problem at the Akron location I don't recommend this location at all

Although I found out, I did no need the services of H&R block once I arrived to my appointment, but while I was there the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for your time Richard, you're great!!! I will recommend your location. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience. I waited over a year fro my tax return. I called every few months to see if there was an issue. I was assured over and over again everything was fine, they are backed up due to covid. I found out over a year later from the IRS my taxes were never filed. They were to do it electronically according to what I was told and the paperwork I have, only to see they had me down as a mail in. I was promised a full refund of the $260 I paid to have my taxes done, but have yet to receive it and that was 8 months ago. No one will return my calls. . Just save your time and don't bother with this place. Seems like training is severely lacking. A few average people typing numbers in a computer program. No real tax advice or input. Just a sad , sad franchise store.
