Super nice, professional people. Make you feel comfortable at times when you're kind of stressed. Took on a job (temporary patch the needed to be replaced with permanent repair) when another company didn't want to be bothered with it. Will always drive further to go here!

The service and price was great. I had a slow leak in my tire for about a year. My dealership couldn't find anything wrong with the tire,nor could NTB. I think they both just did a visual inspection of the tire. These guys pulled the tire off it drum, patched a nail hole, remounted and balanced the tire and put in back in the car all for just $25.

These guys are awesome! I bring my truck and trailer here for repairs. They're fast, affordable, and can fix anything. If you're a truck driver this is your one-stop-fix-it-shop. They're even smiley and friendly here. I know what you're thinking, "Why is that a big deal?" Well, if you've ever been to the Cleveland area you'll remember that friendly smiling faces isn't exactly what Cleveland is known for. Talk to Pat in the Truck Department. You won't find better customer service!

So this is actually Goodyear.... it took me a minute to find. Once there they got me right in. I had a slow leak in my tire. They cleaned it up and sealed the leak. Customer service was awesome the guys fixed me up fast and sent me on my way.

We were traveling across the state and developed troubles with the tires on our camper. We pulled into Sylvester's and they fixed us right up and had us back on the road within an hour. Kudos to the guys for helping us out and keeping us going. They were very friendly and helpful and didn't take advantage of us while in this difficult situation.
