I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Austintown Walmart Woodforest Bank location. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every visit has been exceptional. I have never had any issues with my banking experience. My visits are almost always quick and delivered with a smile and pleasant small talk. I highly recommend Woodforest Bank to anyone in search of a positive banking experience!

However, the staff at this branch were patient, understanding, and took the time to ensure that I fully understood each step of the process. I recently visited the austintown woodforest branch and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, but I was particularly impressed by an employee named Taylor. Taylor was incredibly helpful and personable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and assist me with my banking needs. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly stood out, making my visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this branch, especially with employees like Taylor who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service

This branch is amazing, so friendly and helpful. They have some of the best customer service you could ask for. If I could give more stars I would. Taylor, Kim, Maysoon, Samantha and Jeff are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this bank to everyone.
