Kelly goes above & beyond! My German Shepard was looking very rough and straggly. I dropped her off at Pet Palace & when i picked her up, she looked like a completely different dog! Thank you so much for squeezing her in! She looks amazing.

The staff was friendly and nice. And even tho my little guy is a scardy cat they cleaned him up so nice!! And when I picked him up he was scared or upset. Totally going back!

Today was the first time Brady was groomed at Pet Palace. He looks better than ever! You could tell he was well taken care of. The ladies are awesome!!! Already booked next appt.

I have been going to Pet Palace since the beginning of time. I had a dog named Bear that was long hair. I took him somewhere else and I don't know what happened but he was never the same. He was so scared.. Then I found Pet Palace.. I am on my second dog there and even a cat, whom could be trouble. The staff are great and caring. Even when they moved I followed. My lab Ace is 13 years old and he has never been to anyone else. Love you guys!!!
