My first experience at Facet Jewelry & Pawn in Milford. I went in to see about getting a chain clasp repaired. Mike K. waited on me. He was the jewelry repair person. He was ever so kind and professional. I explained I was in need of the repair by Saturday as a gift for my grandson in Florida. He said he could get it done by Friday. Then went ahead and did it while I waited since it was just a soldier the ring closed repair. He did a wonderful job and even polished the chain for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him doing that, it saved me another trip during a very busy time of year for me. Kudos Mike and thank you so much!

Horrible place made me 600$ offer for 40grams of 14kt told me it was what it was worth just went and sold at another business for 1400 wouldn't recommend these people at all

I have been doing business as a buyer and seller , as well as have pawned a few items in that time with these guys and have always had amazing service and they have always done right by me, sometimes bumped up the cash towards me! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

The staff are so nice everyone is super friendly and they have a wide variety of things to buy plus prices are affordable and reasonable Daniel was our sales person he was very nice

I love Facet's Jewelry. We originally stopped by for a repair and from that time on we visit weekly. My granddaughter and myself spend a lot of time looking at sapphires. Julia B is wonderful to work with, she always remembers us and always has a we can help with that and a smile. Attached pictures are my precious wedding band and my emerald ring and they look amazing and good for another 47 years.
