I can’t recommend Ken and Ken Jr. enough. As an owner of a rare W12 VW Phaeton, Kenny refused to give up on my car till we had the fuel / MAF issues resolved. Being one of less than 500 cars ever brought over from Germany, Kenny dove right in and absolutely nailed it and kept in constant contact the whole time. Awesome guys, awesome business, and I strongly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about these folks and their customer service excellence. Today was my first visit with them. I thought I needed new brakes but it turns out, they are fine for another winter. I've already scheduled my next oil change appointment. Very reasonable and very thorough. Thank you!

Williams was recommended to me by my niece, and I'm so grateful. This shop is the best place in all of Northeast Ohio. So very friendly, efficient and precisewith the inspection process. I can't thank everyone there enough for giving me honest information of the details going on with my vehicle. My car was basically a moving hazard until Itook it to this shop.
