The only good thing for this place is overnight parking and coffee for the drivers at the check in windowService it’s absolute nightmare garbage disaster

Overnight parking on site. Very nice staff from the lady at the shipping office to the loader in the warehouse. They loaded me right away even though I was late for my appointment. (Thank you all for that) Good luck y’all ✌️

Overnight parking, by the appointment only . Take 3o mins . Restroom. Door11 little tight . But huge for others. Friendly staff .

Parking for about 8 semi trucks overnight.Can’t check in before 1/2hour before appointment. 4 digit number followed by a letter must have.

*SEMITRUCKS*: Overnight Parking Available, make sure you bring your appointments Number with you or you'll not be work-in. Also they are very strict with the date of appointment so don't come a day early. Nice people at the front desk.

Had a 5am delivery appointment. They asked for the four-digit one-letter code(5671J) and I got assigned a dock. It was quick and easy. A seamless process which was over within 30 minutes. The guys in building 9 are so cool

Drivers DO NOT show up here and expect to be unloaded unless you have your appt number. Example: 1234A4 digits with a letter. Call your broker now or you will be waiting. I called ahead and found out what I needed to know and got the appt set.. Do yourself a favor and get it ahead of time. Unloading stops at 1pm . Everyone is friendly and there's parking for about 8 trucks.Update.. been here since 07:10am.Guys in building 2 were great and nice EXCEPT my unloader. It's 09:19am and I'm still not finished and I'm the only truck in building 2.Frustrating to say the least.I'm still leaving 5 stars because 1 bad person should not outweigh the good

My experience was positive. Appointment 20;00Check in 17:10Loaded right away.Paperwork 17:46That will check tanker endorsement in your DL if you book the load with tanker.

Building is in a residential neighborhood.I took Massillon rd(241) south to Krumroy. Go west. Overnight parking for about 8 trucks on left near entrance. Maybe 2 trucks can park right side of gate. I was unloaded in 45 minutes.
