Wanna share out of his store was told it was fine hardly used since someone to pick it up he reclined it for them without sitting in it got it home sat in it reclined it it was broken he knew it was broken because you could tell one of the arms had been torn for quite a while stay away from this guy he's a rip off a scam artist dishonest he knew that chair was broken and when I called him right away oh you bought it As is I'm sorry You're stuck with it

I have had a wonderful experience with Chris over the last 2 days. After another company failed to deliver their services at the last minute, I started calling looking for an emergency solution and found Chris. He was willing to move things around to help us out of a very bad situation and get the job done. I was so thankful for his help and support and found what a wonderful human being he is. I feel better just knowing there are great people like him out there to do business with. They will get all our future business, too. Thank you, Chris!!!

I had called Professional Carpet Installation inquiring about a carpet restretch in my home. Mary that I had spoken with said they do provide that service. I spoke with her late afternoon and received a reply from the business owner the next morning. He came to my home, evaluated the job, provided me with an estimate, and had a 2 man work crew in my home same day. The installers were polite, professional and prompt. They did what was required and cleaned up upon completion. Very satisfied with this flooring business and the reply time per my phone call. Highly recommend this business for anyone's flooring needs. Thanks Chris Brown! In the future, I will call PCI first-hand for all my flooring needs and refer you to family and friends.

Chris and his crew are great and stand behind their carpet and installation! Had whole house carpet installed 7 years ago and their were a few areas that needed stretched. They came out today and fixed every spot, cleaned up, were so kind and courteous and didn't charge me a penny!! Highly recommend this company if you are looking for carpet.

The carpet company I bought from highly suggested this company to come and install it. It was one of the best carpet experiences I had. The owner personally came out to check the size of our rooms. We chatted for a few minutes--really nice guy. His crew came the next day to install. The price was very fair and I was happy with the install job. I felt like that if I had an issue or concern, they would listen and take care of it--but thankfully everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended!
