I recently renewed my registration at the Wolf Ledges location. My one star rating is based on the extremely poor customer service I received from the unprofessional staff. The clerk became indignant when I questioned why she needed my phone number, that I had reflexively provided. Her answer made no logical sense as she seemed to make it up on the go and then write it across my check. A review of the Ohio BMV website list only a valid driver's list to renew vehicle registration. Customers have a right to know who, why and what of their personal data is collected. Given the poorly trained staff at NEOADA I have no confidence that they are capable of being good stewards of anyone's data. I will not go back.
