I had a very positive experience with Adam and his manager when recently purchasing a used Volvo. They were up front, easy to come to terms with and made the whole process stress free. I came 2 hours to get this car and very much appreciated that it was as advertised and maybe even better. Would look to them again next time I am in the market.

Ordered a 2024 Mustang GT with Ford x-plan. Fast forward 5.5 months later after the car comes in. They forced me into paying an additional $1600 in paint or rust protection. None of this was brought up till the day I came to get the car, they could have told me this when I came to order it and I would have gone somewhere else.. If you want to hear how they treat their customers have a listen to my interaction with them...

If you get the chance to work with Joe Polevka, you’re in great hands. He’s an excellent communicator, coordinator and overall good guy.The repairs done by the shop were to my expectation. One small issue came up, but was dealt with IMMEDIATELY.Highly recommend!

In my humble opinion they are thieves. A couple of days after spending $800+ on a major service the check engine light came on. Instead of asking me to check the gas cap (a very usual problem) they charged me $84 to diagnose the problem and then tighten the gas cap. Be very careful with these (in my humble opinion) thieves.

I believe because I’m black and I have a nice car they messed up my car! Someone at this shop went thru my things had all my items in my backseat of my S90 Volvo I only brought my vehicle in for a paint job and got it back with the clutch malfunctioning. I made them aware of the problem and they said I brought it in like that I have never had a problem with my vehicle at any point. I’ve only had it since April and the shop had it for 3 weeks itself. They said they broke something with assembly and they charged the insurance company for it. Smh bad business for people of color are my thoughts….

Always the best service at Montrose Ford! I have been with them over 20 years. Looking towards another 20! Exchanged my 2020 Ford Escape 3-year lease for a 2023 Ford Escape 39-month lease this past Tuesday. Everyone within the process was very pleasant, courteous and willing to work with me to create the best option for me. Lynn Gullicks was a comfort to work with as my Sales Rep. She stayed in touch with me from the get-go. During the process, she embraced my quirky needs and methods of doing things. Personable! Yes, that's it! And ... she stayed over-hours to help me with the transition of items from the 2020 to the 2023. Very accommodating! Chad (Sales Mgr.) was the best also! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT MONTROSE FOR YEARS OF CARE.

What an experience... I buy a new truck every 3 months, because well... I want to. I've been to TONS of Ford dealers, but this was my first experience here at Montrose Ford. After filling out the online interest form for the new Raptor, I was contacted by a sales rep. He was very rude and almost blew the deal. I ended up going over his head to the sales manager and requested a different sales rep. (I was informed the first guy was new, then assigned to a different sales rep. -Why would you give me a sales rep that's new, when I'm spending $97k, I expected better service from the start..) Anyways, the different sales rep I was given was awesome. All questions were answered and signing papers went very smoothly. I'm sure I'll be doing business with Montrose again in the future.

After receiving very poor service at another dealership I landed with an excellent salesperson/staff at Montrose Ford. Adam was 10+. Very personable, professional, and a value to the sales team at this dealership! I am glad I chose Montrose Ford.

Montrose collision always goes above and beyond! By far the best around. The staff is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you get the best service! Dropped my car off to be fixed when I went on vacation and came back to a fully fixed car that looks new. Absolutely rude staff there. I've had multiple bad experiences with them and have learned that not all businesses deserve a second chance. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

I don't normally leave reviews, however I felt I needed to this time because of the poor customer service I received from the Service Dept Manager, David Padgitt. I recently took my 2019 F150 to Montrose Ford to remove my locking lug nuts and replace them with a standard lug nut. Upon picking up my truck one of my rims had 2 gouges in it from them removing the lugs. I showed it to Dave, he took pictures and made it seem like they would take care of the damage that was caused by them. I never heard back from Dave so I called him and he told me he was waiting to hear back from his wheel/chrome guys to see what they could do. A week went by and still no call from Dave. So I called him again and he said yeah your name is right in front of me and now he is trying to find a good used rim to replace the damaged rim. I said ok great, please keep me informed and he said he would. 2 more weeks go by and no call from Dave so I just called him once again and he said he can order a new one for $600 or a used one for $300 but I was going to have to pay for it not them. This is how they were going to fix the damage that they caused. On top of all of this they also put a crease in my tailgate by leaving a tool or the lug nut on my bumper when they opened the tailgate. I didn't see this until after the fact and did mention this to Dave as well. So after all of this they are not going to do anything about either of these issues. Needless to say I'm extremely pissed by this as I take pride in how I take care of my truck and how it looks. So please go to any other Ford dealer other than Montrose Ford for any repairs or service. Their service department is a joke!!!!

My car was here for OVER A MONTH for a job that was estimated a couple weeks tops, and now is having all kinds of problems less than two months after getting it back. All problems related to the initial fix. I plan on having them fix their mistakes and then NEVER GOING BACK and will be telling everyone I know how garbage their service is. A total rip off
