I had an unfortunate situation this morning, where I needed minor assistance, a Jeffrey’s Tow truck was driving by and saw my kids and I standing outside trying to figure out what to do, but offered to help and resolved the situation quickly! Thank you to Jeffrey’s and we will remember this for any future needs!

I think $65 to take a tow truck across the street(fortuna dr) is alittle excessive. I thought I needed a jump.

When I called I was told there were no trucks available all day. Seems like a poor way to run a buisness. The person answering the phone was not professional, and I had to double check that I had the right number since they didn't sound like a buisness at all. I tried them first because they were closest to me.

I had a blowout on the expressway on a freezing Saturday morning. I had spent over an hour online looking for help from companies related to my insurance. What a joke! I then decided to look for a private towing company. I found Jeffrey's towing and called them. They answered their phone! She said that they didn't have any drivers available at that moment but she found me another tow company very close to my location. She said if they didn't have anybody to call her back and she would send someone out. She really helped me that day whether she knows it or not. I might not have used their towing service but she did guide me to where I needed to be! And I'm very thankful.

Minor mishap landed my vehicle in a ditch Saturday morning at a youth football field. Not ideal and tight limited space. Jefferies showed up in an hour, winched out the SUV in 5 mins and for what I feel was a reasonable price of $75. Bonus no damage!!

Having your car impounded is never a good time, however these guys were extremely helpful on the phone and kept us laughing once we got there. Made handing over funds to free my car less painful.. thanks Jeffrey's towing
