I am a physician, and yesterday afternoon, called the prescriber line to call in a medication (as the electronic system wasn't working). They never answered and just kept me on hold. And I tried several times.
If you are unable to do business, do not stay in business.

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is in need of dire improvement. ALWAYS short staffed, meaning super long fill times (I've waited up to a week for my medication), long lines or closed without warning, unfriendly overworked staff, and nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone or if they do they tell you to call back later as they are too busy at the moment...I've been waiting almost 2 years for this pharmacy to get it together - what is the problem CVS?

Always have to wait on medication. It could be called in at 10 o’clock in the morning at 5:00 PM is still not ready. Also, the drive-through is closed more than this open so I have a drive-through. I would not recommend this one to anyone. I’ve been trying to get my sister to change her pharmacy, but she doesn’t like change..

This CVS does a terrible job with fillling prescriptions. Previously, I’ve had to stop by multiple times to try to get an Rx which was taking them days (not hours) to fill. Today, they lost the order for an Rx that was called in urgently by my doctor and then filled it late tonight, too late for me to take it. A consistently terrible experience!

Came in for the Minute clinic, they were incredibly helpful and quick. Got my prescription filled at the pharmacy and they were incredibly helpful.

I used Minute Clinic yesterday, for a physical for my teen. The process was fast and the staff were very professional and friendly. This location will be my go-to for physicals! Thank you for the awesome customer care!!

Kevin was very helpful when I needed help with dealing with insurance and refills. He’s an amazing pharmacist. Also techs Sherita and Amanda did amazing when I called to change things multiple times. I’m a customer for life. Thanks everyone

Good service always & good prices follow as long as you use the coupons & discounts, otherwise, CVS can be expensive.

Came into the minute clinic for strep. Kelly and Hailey were wonderful to deal with in the clinic. They were kind and informative. My appointment was on time and quick.
My problem was with the pharmacy. I asked at the counter if I needed to drop off my prescription if I was seen there. I was told no and to wait, they'd call my name.
It was very busy. When I got to the front of the line the teller tried to bill me without asking questions. She was visibly frustrated with me when I said I wanted to use an Rx card.
I was shuffled to another teller and then told to go to the back of the line again.
Never had a pharmacist not try to save me money before, let alone get frustrated with me for doing so.

Tired of having my otc Humana card denied every time I go to cvs!! I have no problems at Walgreens! Will be going there from now on!

Their pharmacy is absolutely awful. I don't know what their issue is but my prescription was suppose to be filled 5 days ago. They said they can't get the medicine which I don't understand because the other CVS I go to has no issue getting it. My guess would be they called once and they never called back to check on it. They take forever to answer the phone. I was on hold for over ten minutes. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Some guy named Kevin is who I have been dealing with, not sure if he is the pharmacist or the tech but he is definitely not taking care of the situation.
