My Sprinter broke down last night in Akron and I found Coles on Google. I was a bit put off at 1st because it didn't look like the place I had in mind. I was hoping to see a bunch of foreign cars when we pull up but I only see Box Chevys,Impalas, Accords etc. I was definitely nervous. Then Steve said he wasn't sure if he could get me out today which was not prudent
for me but also said he could fix anything. Long story short, I'm about to be back on the road after a cpl hrs of awesome service. Erica's the real deal also. If you need honest, fairly priced, reliable service then look no further! I'll definitely be back next time I need work done in the Midwest! Top tier!!

My family used to take our vehicles to Cole's 15 years ago so they were my first call when I needed my side mirror replaced. They ordered the part and had me scheduled for install within 1 week (I was amazed how quick)! Once my car was under their care, they replaced the mirror and also gave it the once over it and found 2 other issues that needed addressed (brakes and wheel bearings). They were able to resolve those issues, all in the same day as my mirror! This meant I didn't have to schedule another time to bring my car in and be further inconvenienced. I am SO pleased with their PRODESSIONALISM and timeliness on resolving my problems. Steve did a wonderful job staying in touch with me about everything and took his time explaining each detail to me. Ericka at the front desk always has such a great energy about her, I can't help but smile every time I interact with her. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Cole's Garage. I would recommend them to anyone with car issues and will definitely be taking my vehicle back if I need help in the future. 5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! :)

The guys at Coles garage does great work in a timely manner, Steve and the guys treat their customer’s cars like their own. Never had to take it back twice for the same problem. I’m a car guy and I know when the job is done. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to Cole’s garage you won’t regret it. They guarantee it.

Polite trust worthy and honest. They worked on my diesel first and now my 3/4 ton pick up. Fair fast and so pleasant! Thank you and look forward to finally having all my vehicle maintenance and repairs done in one place!
