He filled our business taxes in April 2024. Still no taxes yet in August. Tried calling and never a return call. I called the irs and they told me that they were rejected. His male secretary only takes messages and spins you around. They will not return the money or re file them. Had take them elsewhere. Guys who got screwed need to step up and get this guy off of taxes! Never again loni, I am pressing this to the limit. Court!.

Worst con tax place ever! 2024 went there and waited 4 hrs just to be told to leave them and Loni would take care of it. That was in April. Never got a refund back and started to call him for answers. Never returned any calls and told me that they were rejected. He will not due anything to refile. Just took the money and ran. Look at all his reviews for 2024 they did it to a lot of people. We are now taking him to small claims court and the better business bureau.

0 stars if I could! Has had my taxes since January and I got a call today July 31st they are done but I owe $100 more than previously quoted and the records of my past payments are no where to be found. Intetesting! This man is a joke. Took a vacation the week taxes were due and filed an extension without my knowledge and continued to wait 3 months to complete my taxes. Worst tax service I've ever experienced. Will NEVER give this man my business again.

I Do Not recommend!They filed an extension on 4/7/23 and I just received my taxes today, after calling several times to inquire about them being done.$210 for a single male short form is just ridiculous! Every single employee is incompetent and no one there knows how to relay a message. And my tax return was sub par.

If you are looking to only have your personal taxes done with garenteed money back, and you don't mind waiting around +2 hours after your scheduled appointment, this place is great.I would not recommend this company if you want anything else done. My personal taxes was complete on March 18, 2022 with a great return. However, it took 2 months (May 28th 2022) after that for them to file my Trust and they had to file an extension even though they had the documents way before the cut off date.It has now been over another month and I have called repeatedly for the last 4 weeks to have them amend my taxes and I cannot get an answer out of anyone.The receptionists are very nice, but they are never able to give me the information I request or get in contact with their employer to answer my question. They never return my calls after I have called and left multiple messages with them to ask when my taxes will be amended.This is just unacceptable and has put a lot of strain on my mental health along with worried about what I owe the IRS and making sure I have enough money to cover it.Overall, I liked the atmosphere and people but this isn't how you run a business. They are suppose to make tax time easy. Not add months and months of worrying and stress. I would rather pay $1000 to have it done right than to never have to go through this again.They no longer have my business and I am going elsewhere.They get two stars rather than 1 because of the return I recieved on my personal taxes. Anything else, I'd give then a 0.

Tried to incorporate our business also attempted to have them do our taxes for 2021 - required payment upfront and never filed for our incorporation - out $600 and never responded to our emails or calls. We did not work with them on our taxes either. Would not recommend!

Terrible! We gave them our taxes about 3 weeks before they were due. They assured me that they would have our taxes signed before the due date. I called a few days before and they would not return my calls. I called they said they were due and they told me they would have them done that day or file an extension. I told them I didn't want an extension. When I called later that day a women answered said she would call me back. They never did. I called the following week for days and there was no answer and the answering machine was no longer picking up. I went up to the office found Lonnie outside told him I wanted my taxes, he assured my they would be done by Monday 4/25. They still were not done..a week later we called and we were able to reach them this time and we told them we wanted all our papers back. We said we will just file them ourselves. They said we could pick them up the next day as they were currently locked up in lonnies office. When I went to pick them up today they now have them complete. So I guess he figured since I was picking up papers they may as well complete them so they could get paid. I would NEVER recommend this place. Very shady! Also when I went to pick up our papers today there was a policeman in their complaining about the exact same thing! No one would return his calls, he couldn't get his taxes complete.. etc TERRIBLE BUSINESS!

My husband and I have been going to Ace Tax for about 20 years, Now my son goes there too. Yes, we always had to wait about an hour past our appointed time, and yes, the place looks rundown inside and out. But I trust them to get me the best refund that I could possibly get. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the long waiting time, and they could really use some new magazines.
