Absolutely horrible customer service, one of my residents purchased a TV and DVD player. Long story short it didn't work right and when he tried to return it the next day they flatout refused. They said they're sales are final on electronics, no exceptions. I explained to him that the amount of money in question was a lot of money for the resident. The person ssid we could donate it back and get a 20% off coupon off of his next purchase. I was like so uou could resell it yo some other poor individual. Absolutely disgusting value village, do better!

It's hit and miss what you'll find in these but the layout seemed nice and tidy. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. I found their glass displays were pretty sparse and wasn't much of their higher end stuff on display.Overall it was a decent visit and would recommend come here to look around. I'm not a fan of some Value Village stores because they charge so much for donated items, but this store seems to keep them pretty reasonably priced.

Love this place but sometimes they base their prices on the items brand name regardless of the condition so it getstoo high ? great find though if you have the patience to browse.

Every time I go here I can’t help but notice the absurd prices. It’s a thrift store and everything is second hand and donated there is 0 need to charge brand new prices for used items. I’m better off buying brand new.

This place should be ashamed of theirselves charging the prices they do for the free stuff they received!! I will admit I have found a brand phone case for 3bucks which was great but the prices of their clothes are close to the same price as buying them brand new!! I would much rather buy new then used for the same price...Everything is donated so the fact they charge what they do is just greedy and the very reason I have never and will never donate to this place!! I don't get why people don't give to non profit organizations instead of greedy places like this!! Sorry but its true.

Its a Value Village. Their current business strategy of extracting all value out of their donations to price items like a pawn shop is enough to not deserve a good review. The company should adopt a set price scheme like Guy Frenchys if not for just clothing. It really takes the treasure out of "urban treasure hunting" when the company takes all the spoils for themselves.

One of the best VV's in HRM. They recently added self checkouts, which is fantastic. However, they don't have change rooms and trying on something over your clothes isn't ideal.

Have found some awesome deals over the years and I much prefer thrifted clothes. Have also found some cool art, houseware, pet stuff, toys and tools even small furniture! But the prices have started to get to the point I might as well buy new. It’s a shame really especially when now more than ever people need an affordable option.

For many people, around the world, one of the biggest challenges they face today is finding a way to increase their earnings but they can't risk their $1 on investment. Invest with a well known person and platform, where you will have to create and fund your trading account, have full access to be monitoring your trading account, how your profit goes, and at the end of every successful trading, you can place your withdrawal request to your bank account or BITCOIN wallet with no stress. And that was what I achieved from Mrs. Anita Ephraim who helped me to trade my $1000 to $12,500 in just 5 working days. this recommendation is for those that are new and want to learn how to trade in Crypto market, there are lots of fake traders out there, they are everywhere please be guided trade with a well known person. Mind blowing how they get 100 percent of their items from donations then have the nerve to sell those free items at ridiculous prices. I went looking for a nightgown suitable for the hospital. They were asking 12.99. I went to Walmart and got a brand new one for 14.99

Very expensive... can find items from Dollarama there and the Value Village tags cost more than that item did at dollar store. Unbelievable how they can have such outageous prices when they get all their stock for free. I will stick with Salvation Army and FB marketplace

I don't get why there's no change rooms. With every brand of clothes available I need to try things on. I don't want to buy something to take home, to bring back for a credit note. Maybe I'll park at the far side of the parking lot in the warm months and change behind my van. Covid has been over for over a year. They should bring back the change rooms. Was there too much shoplifting? Hire security guards and let them do their job. Go woke go broke like Walgreens in San Fransisco otherwise.

The staff are helpful but the quality of the items for sale - at outrageous prices for a thrift store - is very poor (e.g., torn and flaking bags, “fast fashion” clothing in rough shape, clearly broken things). This is a problem shared by all Value Village locations these days but this store seems particularly bad. You would be better off heading to a Salvation Army or Good Will store; at least Good Will has changing rooms.

Always clean, well maintained. very friendly staff. Fairly priced clothes though some things can be a bit much for a thrift type store. Great place for kids toys and knick knacks!
