I went with a broken door handle. I did not have the skills and they fixed it free of charge. It has held for three years. I needed the 2nd and third one fixed. Same problem .....same charge. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Anyone else would have charged.

Excellent service. Does very nice work. Had a dent on the lip of my tailgate on my Jeep. I had left it open and backed into a guard rail dead on. They had to bend out the lip and repair dent. Door shuts nice and you would never know that I had dent. The finish looks better than new. Very pleased.

Had two vehicles worked on at this shop. First was to repair rusty rocker panels to pass MVI, which they did for a good price. Two years later, the rocker panels failed MVI but that likely isn't the fault of the shop.Second vehicle was taken in to fix damage to the side of the car. Pretty good work for a good price, although the plastic trim along the bottom of the door isn't secured very well so it pops off pretty easily and has a darker and shinier appearance than the trim along the rest of the car. No big deal, didn't notice that when I picked it up but it's pretty noticeable now.Lastly, and I have no firm evidence of this, but just a word of caution-- it took the shop 3-4 days to get the work done and, during that time, we suspect our vehicle was taken off-site and used to run errands or something. When we picked it up, there was only about 18km left of gas in it, which is uncharacteristic of our refuelling habits. Unfortunately we didn't take photos of the KM/Gas gauges when dropping it, so it's nothing more than suspicious. We recommend taking photos of your gauges at drop-off just to be sure, which is good practice when taking it anywhere, I suppose.Service: Body & Trim

Got huge scratches from the pillar next to my parking space on both sides of the door, went to various renowned auto bodies (not to mention Toyota) around town, and was told it would take $4500+ to fix it. Some wanted to install second-hand doors and told me the original ones were done for. And gee, I didn't even know if my car was worth that much. Boutilier's fixed it with <$2000, good as new, fixed the original doors smooth as glass, with finishing coat that is still shiny a year later. Took about five days to fix, but I think that's less than any other body shop.Service: Painting

Good guys to do business with, reasonable, fast and honest. Only issue I had with receiving my vehicle back from them was the dirt stains on the leather, some torn and interior carpet not being put back or untouched the way it was before giving it to them. Age of vehicle pristine shouldnt matter but was kind of bummed about it at first, but my car now passed MVI and has many more years on the road. Thanks again guys.Services: Body & Trim

The repairs and bodywork were done badly. 8 months later the car failed inspection on the bodywork in another province.. Not a professional job done on my vehicle and required many repairs that Boutiliers's overlooked or ignored. Very shoddy workmanship.Services: Painting
