Great customer service: from sharing knowledge and info on the different spas before purchasing, to delivery and set up, and follow up help with all our questions! Brandon and his team took amazing care of us. The spa itself is a piece of heaven on earth, looks awesome and works amazingly. We look forward to many years of enjoyment for ourselves and with the grandkids, kids, family and friends when they visit!

We went in knowing very little about what hot tub would work best for the family and Alex talked us through all the models and listened to what we were looking for. He gave us all the details upfront and was very honest when it came to setup, and delvery services. I would suggest anyone looking for a good experience in shopping for a spa go see Alex. We are thrilled with the customer service that we have received from the staff at Magic City Spa. From the sales people, to the delivery and set up, to the polite responses to my calls about maintenance, everyone has been top notch to interact with. We recently purchased a sauna from Magic City Home Leisure. Brandon and team were knowledgeable, always available and courteous, which made buying a sauna a great experience. They have a big showroom with lots of inventory so you can see the quality of what you’re purchasing. We also liked the fact that they provide delivery and setup, which went smooth. Highly recommend for all things leisure!

We had such a great experience with Magic City Home Leisure....We live out of town and Brandon was great with giving descriptions of the hottubs and pricings without having to come in person. He was wonderful to work with. The delivery team was equally as great!!! I would rate more the 5 star if I could!!!!
