Pretty decent pharmacy, though I must admit I chose it for it's relative location to mine.Though, at times the cashier's are a bit pushy, but I ignore those ones, sometimes I take my time, they're in my time, I'm not in theirs.But mostly good experiences.

If not open on Sundays, go into Google my business and update hours. Takes less then a minute to do.

This pharmacy has been reliable and so much more since I've become a resident of Minot in 2003. Most recently, Pharmacist "Sheri" and tech "Carolann" have again gone above and beyond with excellent customer service. Carolann worked "magic" for 35 minutes with my insurer and made the coverage happen. The situation was frustrating, an anomaly. Carolann was a professional throughout the tedious experience as well as kind. Thank you so much, Carolann! Pharmacist Sheri has gone above and beyond for years. Recently, when I was given ear drops with no dropper for my St. B I knew (after looking for a tiny dropper all over town) Sheri would help out and she did! Tucker is healthy and well partly because of Sheri's dedication to service. Today, when I was dealing with several barriers to the day and trying to get to the airport, Sheri ensured the needed medication was ready on short notice. We we were out the door and on our way! Thank you to all of the KeyCare staff. You are appreciated!!!

I've had nothing but good experiences here with Dr. johnson and nurse Lanie. The clerical staff is always friendly & welcoming. Everyone seems to be genuine here. However I dislike how the pediatrician came and pushed for vaccination. I feel like it made me really uncomfortable. She was trying to pressure me into it.

Where Did Eileen go? It was 5 star when she was there now is a 3, service is slow at times. No one really is helpful anymore, no one smiles. Everyone is cranky. Bring her back please it was such a better place.

Will never get anything filled here again. I have been trying to get my sons prescription for 14 days now. I have had it filled with them the month prior. Their “special system” has been down since. They told me to call after the holidays, I called today before I made the 1.5 hour drive one way and they told me everything was good to go and it was ready to pick up. I get there to pick it up and they tell me they their system is down again and they can’t fill it. They send me to another pharmacy and assure me they have it, I just have to wait a half hour. I drive to the other pharmacy, for them to call me 35 minutes later and tell me they don’t have it. So they send me to another pharmacy and tell me it will be ready to pick up in a half hour and they already checked that it’s in stock. I get to this other pharmacy 45 minutes later and they never even received it. I am seriously mind blown. Is it that hard to just do what you say for your customers?! Why the run around? They have very little compassion and act like they don’t want to deal with it. Ridiculous

Very friendly staff, never a long wait. And if a order gets messed up they work hard Thank youto get everything right for you. I am on kidney dialysis so i have to have all my meds or i am 6 ft under so they have never let me down!!Thank you staff, sincerely Nathan Wohlk!!
