“I switch banks/in the process of switching banks to gate city. My previous bank was always rude, impossible to get a hold of anyone because nothing could be solved locally i had to call into some 1-800 # that had mostly automated service, but when i did get a person they usually weren't helpful and i got transferred half a dozen times. Today i had some questions about mortgages and Steve Fennewald at one of the minot branches was unbelievably helpful even though i'm not doing anything with/through them right now.
