D & S Auto & Trailer Sales were a life saver for me and my wife. We were traveling from Montana in our RV and Trailer when our wheel bearing went out. Dwayne and Sharon met me at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night to provide me with the parts to get back on the road. They were super friendly, professional and reasonable and we just couldn't be more appreciative of them. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

if i could give zero stars, i would. this guy is a complete fraud. please dont do business with this guy. extremely dishonest person who will try to screw you out of your money. he is rude and a liar.

They will make a deal with you and sell it to someone else 5 minutes later. Horrible business. I wouldn't spend $5 at this place.

Who I can only assume is the owner or a high-up employee is the rudest and most paranoid person I've communicated with in a very long time. An acquaintance referred me to D&S Auto for some specialty parts I was looking to purchase. I emailed the address listed on the website's contact page asking for pricing and payment information since I would need the parts shipped. An employee responded to my email with no salutation or giving a name and only one sentence demanding who I was and how I got the email address. I explained I found the email address on the website's contact page and that an acquaintance referred me. The person responded again with no name and one sentence demanding that I name the person who recommended them to me.What company interrogates a potential customer who emails the address they provide on their website asking about parts and pricing? Oddest interchange I've had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If you do go in person, be prepared to be interrogated about who sent you and how you found their business.

Do NOT make a deal with Dwayne. Made an offer for a car. He accepted. We had a deal. Lined up a shipper. ONE hour before I was set to wire the money he texts saying the car is sold. Someone offered him a little more and he sold the car out from under me, without so much as asking if I wanted to match the offer or better it. I guess in some places your word means nothing. To make it worse, I called to find out what the hell. Dwayne just made up stuff and hung up.

Duane the owner acts nice the first time you meet him, but becomes progressively ruder and once you give him money ,he becomes slightly sleazier. This place definitely has some incompetence and poor customer service. I bought a used trailer that they told me was check over and things fixed that needed and was in great shape. I paid them and when I came to pick it up, one of the guys told me it should have the packing redone and it would only cost me a couple hundred dollars. They signed my title and then mailed it 15 days later, even though the check cleared 16 days earlier taking almost 30 days from the time of purchase to get disclosing nothing that it would take that long. Two weeks after I had bought the trailer, a guy named Billy called me from them leaving two back to back emails asking if I was still interested in talking about the trailers I was interested in, even though I never talked to a Billy. I called Duane when I knew I needed my title as I was moving out of state and told him to please hurry in finding out why it was so late and he hung up on me mid sentenced. Basically , I can't tell if he's a fake or just really that nonchalant, but I doubt I would buy anything from them again. Granted I was in a time crunch to move in 3.5 weeks from time to purchase, but he didn't mention he would wait till my last day to mail and with signature required from the post office. This wouldn't have been a big deal if I wasn't going anywhere, but I didn't get any apology from him and he avoided me when I went in to ask for it in person, so that's the kind of guy he is.

Duane and his team are very helpful and have a ton of trailers to choose from, auto parts and collector parts.
