Jordan was fantastic. She ensured that everything went well and without worry. She was courteous, open, and truthful, and she gave me step-by-step instructions on the procedure. Workers acting as though you are bothering them or that they are grudgingly doing you a great favor has been a habit for me these days. This was not how I felt at all. It makes me want to sell another automobile. Again, thanks, Jordan!

Using 5 Star Motors for the second time is this. I think my car was fairly assessed and priced. In addition, it saved me a ton of time compared to selling the car myself. The online scheduling tool offered a great deal of flexibility. Jordan, the agent, was well informed and provided an excellent explanation of the procedure. In less than an hour, my appointment was over, and I left with a check in hand. Fantastic!

Jordan was great; she didn't play around. Jordan was able to speed and streamline the process even though we still needed to obtain a few more paperwork. We now had the money to utilize when haggling over the price of our new automobile, even though the purchase price was comparable to the trade-in values we were offered for the vehicle. Naturally, we would consider going back at some point.

We had a great experience selling a car to 5 Star Motors for the second time. Working with Jordan was a delight. She was competent, affable, truthful, and well-mannered. Without a doubt, we will give them further thought in the future and refer others to them.

Before visiting the business, I got a price for my car via the internet. Everything happened extremely quickly, simply, and understandably. Walt was incredible and really helpful the entire time, guiding me through each stage. 100% advised if you're wanting to sell.

Worst dilership in town. Sold me a $7000 mini van with calking on the intake manifold and proped up screws that didn't even fit. When i called them the guy that owns it told me there are no lemon laws in ND and that it wasn't his problem.Told me his buddy sold him the mini van too.0 accountability and straight up lied

I’m like others if I could put zero stars I would. I accepted it was in rough shape body wise but they put on new back shocks. Got home and it needed $3000 in repairs that you couldn’t see back brakes to the metal, front struts and a bunch more underneath u joint , starter plus much more. I should have looked at reviews but didn’t of course this was over a month ago. Please people beware of this business.

THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!!Unfortunately the NEGATIVE reviews you'll read about this place are true and let me explain why. Two weeks ago or so, I decided to buy a car. Upon arriving, they'll basically put up roadblocks, "unless you plan on purchasing the car, you can't test drive" or "unless you give us 1/2 down, you can then test drive"...STUPID is what I call that! They take really no interest in you as a buyer. Anyway, I decided to buy a car from them, took it for a test drive and placed money down with the stipulation they fix the cruise control of which they agreed. Upon arriving to pick up the car from over a 100 miles away, they said the cruise control did not get fixed, mind you, I told them to call me if they needed more time, NO call! I drove the car approximately 10 miles off the lot, and BOOM, the check engine light comes on, the car is misfiring like crazy!! I took the car back, by which I was basically told I was out of luck, it is "as-is"...and with no lemon law in ND these scammers know all they had to do is clear the code or take the battery cables off to clear the lights. I looked at the narcissistic girl who sold me this pile of junk and said "it is not worth yelling at you, because YOU DO NOT CARE!"...And of course they didn't have a scanner on hand so I could diagnose anything.So YES, the reviews are TRUE here. Beware! You'll drive off and within miles you will start seeing the problems they hid from you. And the worst part is, they really DO NOT GIVE A RAT'S BEHIND. I didn't even get a call to see if I made it back the 100 miles home or not. NARCISSISM 101, they are scammers who see a legal loophole in selling junk cars by which they can't get in trouble or the car returned. There is a reason the lot is filled with cars, and I think I told the sales girl about 10 times "do you guys actually sell any cars here", because it was roadblock after roadblock. They buy junk at auctions (confirmed by the VIN) and have NO INTEREST in sticking any money into them. It is easy as taking a scan tool and ridding the warning lights. Combined with violating Federal Service Dog laws, which is another issue for another day.Oh and when you ask them about the negative reviews, you will get a story such as "they were buyers who we repossessed the vehicle from' or some other LIE. Well I can tell you I am NOT LYING! I am very much a Christian and paid cash for the entire amount. BUYER BEWARE!! NO LEMON LAW and these absolute LIARS and CROOKS are taking advantage of unsuspecting people.

Drove 10 hours. Got told the truck was in great shape. Got there and it needs a complete paint job. However they’re asking 25k for this truck. Terrible business.

Drove 10 hours. Got told the truck was in great condition. Got there and paint was chipped all over. Ultimately needing a new paint job, as well as dents that i was not told about (Not to mention they're asking 25k for this truck). Should be ashamed to call this place a busines. ZERO STARS
