Typical Sam's club it's smaller the other versions it would be nice if they could expand or change the flow a little better. Moose Out

I’ve been a plus member for 10 years. I scheduled a grocery pick up from 2pm to 3pm today, and did not receive my order check in until 3:45, kind of pointless to have a plus membership if it’s not on time. Very disappointed longtime plus member.

We always enjoy shopping here. They have what we need and usually can save money. The store is always clean right down to the bathroom. This is always important to us.

More than once caught false pricing. Today again bought items which 2 were on sale and discount taken at register. Like other times before it was not. I subtracted them so till would freeze, so they had to come and check . Scamming or honest mistake, happens to much so you judge.

Clean store, decent selection, (could be better for produce), decent prices. Long time Costco member, just moved to grand forks and now using Sam’s Club. Grew up with Sam’s club. I’m familiar with the receipt check system, but the level to which it is employed at this location is ridiculous. It takes longer to get out of the store after checking out than actually checking out. One employee goes through every person and scans the receipt, then a bunch of items they bought. It takes forever, and it’s a bit insulting for people who pay a membership to shop here. Employ full time loss prevention if you want to cut down on theft, otherwise don’t make me wait 5+ minutes after checking out in a long line of people just to walk out of the store. I hope a member of management sees this and takes action to improve efficiency in this area of the shopping experience. There’s no point in having “scan and go” checkout if you’ve gotta wait in a long line afterwards to check that someone isn’t stealing $4 in plastic silverware.

I bought a cart of mango last week. It had a bitter taste I don't know if it's for PRESERVATIVE or something else. I believe they are not importing from good growers. I had to throw out my full cart of mangoes. I WAS ALSO LOOKING FOR PINEAPLE, BUT THE QUALITY WAS SO BAD. It can be frustrating when you can't find the products you're looking for, or when the quality isn't good enough. DAY BY DAY THEY ARE FAILING TO ACHIEVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!

It's my 1st time. New to Sam's. I'm glad I don't live here. Wasted trip. I'm a truck driver and couldn't find tuns at all. I only saw 2 types of salads. Yogurt only 1 choice and prebiotics 1 flavor and 1 kind. Shelves were empty, and do they ask customers if they need help?? I was walking around lost. I hope the next sams isn't like this. If this was helpful, please give me a thumbs up. Thanks. Remember to leave your review.

I'm obsessed with fruit, and that is a good jumping off point to eating more of it, rather than say bacon cheeseburgers.Sam's Club can't have produce clerks and they aren't really designed to provide that level of service. But, do other customers need encouragement and to get opinions on which fruit is good and which is not all that good? Maybe, it is just me.How would Sam's Club know if the customers need that sort of help unless they start putting a clerk in that general area who is obsessed with fruit. See if the customers seem grateful or if they don't really care. Someone to help us know how many days to wait for the fruit to ripen or what signs to look for on a pineapple to tell when to start cutting it.There is something special about the relationship the customer has with the produce clerk in the local supermarket. When you walk in the door, the produce sections are usually in the front of the store so it is the first thing you see, and you are greeted by someone who is energetic, friendly and happy, it just puts you in a good mood for the rest of what you actually intend to eat. Giving us the illusion that putting a couple plums in our shopping cart is going to ward off colon cancer. The hospital and the pharmacy shouldn't be our first choice of where to turn when we are desperate for help, when we are sick or have gained weight or just don't feel like our real selves. The produce clerk isn't just meant to provide information, he is a cheerleader rooting us on to either becoming healthy or staying healthy. If they have enough staff to put someone in that area, how would the customer even know what their function was, unless they put something on their name tag. Jeff-produce If I saw that on an employee's name tag, it would make me cry out in laughter and relief. He is there to help. You never know with some of the name tags. At WM, some say coach. You never know what they really do for us, when they put something silly on their name tags. The produce clerk is not just there to help us buy produce. He is there to welcome us to the store in a way that no other employee can! Stores are self-service, unless it is a boutique and you got to avoid those kind of places. I guess with a good produce clerk, it makes the store feel more rooted.

I had a smooth shopping experience. I used the self check out. I had to wait in a long line to go out of the store.
