Purchased a used Accord as a commuter car. No hassle at all on a fair deal. Karissa went above and beyond to make it as painless and convenient as possible. Will definitely be buying from Rydell, and hopefully Karissa again.

I have purchased two Hondas from GF Honda and Nissan and moved out of the area and believed I would try Minot Honda. I purchased a new civic and it was too small for my knee disability and told them. They wanted to do a trade in and was going to take away 7,000 dollars. I did not want to throw that money away so I gave it to my daughter who had moved from Seattle. She walked to work in the winter and felted for her. I went back to Honda in Minot and did not get a good experience that I had in Grand Forks. I was treated like royalty with respect and dignity by prior sales representative but treated very very well with Koressia. I love how respectful I was treated and would recommend everyone from Minot Honda to go get lessons from her and sale service dept in how to treat customers or people of color.
She provided me with every detail in how and what the CR V operated (gears gas monitor cruse control and how it worked mirror working for passing backup sensors front sensor. Minot did not sit down with me in explaining how the NEW CR V/civic worked. Koressia called me the next day to see how I enjoyed the vehicle and answer questions I may have had. She left the door open for me to call her with any concerns. Minot had totally different attitude towards me and questions I had. Thanks for this professional experience. I was also provided with her manager to do and inspection of the car and how my experience was with Koressia. Out of 1-10 I give 10 to be the highest rating for all, even the trust in my sales over the phone. Wow, so appreciated. Marlene.

I’ve been working with Quintin at Rydell for a few years now and have no complaints. He’s always made the process super fast and easy. He’s very easy to talk to and always answers your questions. I would highly recommend working with Quintin if you’re on the hunt for a new vehicle!

My experience working with Karissa Christiansen, of Rydell Honda Nissan in Grand Forks, for the purchase of our new vehicle was the most pleasant encounter I have had in nearly 40 years of owning vehicles. Karissa was personable, knowledgeable, and did all she could to assist us in choosing the "best" vehicle for our needs. Arranging for the purchase of our new car via text messaging, email, and timely phone calls made this process incredibly pleasant and effortless. I was able to conduct some office work at my home location, finalize a loan, and have my new car delivered to my front door within days. Amazing! I highly recommend Karissa and her associates at Rydell for the purchase of your next vehicle.

I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this place and Quintin helped me. He was great, really made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had fully. He wasn't pushy and I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything.
One thing that stands is, I had left something in my trade in and when I went to try and get it back from my car it had been moved to a different lot. Him and I think Preston was the other guy, drove to that lot right away and texted me when they had found it.
Great place to buy a car and highly recommend them.

Rydell Nissan was an amazing experience. I showed up late on a Saturday and Karissa waited patiently till I got all documents needed after closing time. She went above n beyond n was very friendly n patiently waited till I got what I needed. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership

I was in an accident on Dec 22 near Fargo. My vehicle was towed to Corwin Collision in Fargo. It had $23,000 worth of damage to the hood and under the hood. The day I picked it up from Corwin, I noticed the dash lights weren’t working properly. I immediately called Corwin and instead of making me travel back to Fargo, they told me to bring it into Nissan to determine the cause. I understand clusters can randomly go out, but they can also fail due to debris from an accident. I never once had an issue before the accident, and my insurance was willing to cover it under the original claim, but the tech wrote the paperwork up as though it would have impossible for it to have been caused by the accident. Maddening, as Rydell would have been paid for their work regardless. My future vehicles will not be purchased from Rydell.

Everyone was genuine in their interest with helping me to acquire an automobile. And all my needs were addressed and then some.
Justin Brunk and the Rydell team, including Preston, Mike, Dave, and Kristi, plus employees I don t know at the 3220 South Washington location went above and beyond.
The shopping experience without the auto factored was awesome.
The ownership and real interest in making everything very enjoyable and an awesome experience is greatly appreciated too.

Repair wasn’t made after explaining to technician what was wrong had to pay for nothing!! have car for another appointment this time they better figure it out but sounds like they don’t know . Cruise dosent work istill shuts off they didn’t look right now it’s giving me issues again literally as soon as a hour after I got the car out the shop

I have been getting my vehicles in Fargo for years. I recently decided to shop locally and made the decision to go with Rydell Nissan. I have spent numerous hours at other dealerships haggling over prices and offers. When dealing with Rydells it was very pleasant and quick. Their offer for my trade in was very good and was better than others had offered. My sales consultant, Karissa Chritianson, did a fantastic job of helping me with finding a new vehicle. My overall experience with my sales consultant and their sales team was excellent.
