“Bartender is absolutely amazing very nice to talk to you great atmosphere I think it's all in the bartender, whether they're going to be welcoming or just kind of hating people and she was very kind and as a glance around the bar there was just a few people there but they were having fun very welcoming too not really giving me looks or anything new bar I've never been in and I noticed they had three gaming machines as well all occupied and somebody was winning the jackpot over there she had 100 bucks from a bonuses so yeah all in all into this is goodbye I'm going to come in the morning and check out the slot machines.”

“This new manager is doing a good job. Customer service is decent. I haven't noticed negativity or abuse. I guess it would be good if the people in customer service didn't look like children sitting in church, against their will. This review is a snapshot of this time period. Anything can change at any time.Actually, sometimes Hugo's prices are okay. I've noticed several clerks who have gone above and beyond to try to help me find a product, too.I think the district manager has decided to send all the managers with bad attitudes to certain stores and this store he wants to be proud of. I think they are sending the managers with bad attitudes to the Columbia rd. and 13th Ave. North stores. So, those might be the stores to avoid.”

“Hugos is a customer service oriented grocer. The staff are your good neighbors who live next door. Hugos would be a better store if they didnt have such a monopoly on the Grand Forks area.”

“Laid back small bar known for it's 3 for 1's in the morning. Bingo can get busy, especially on Thursday's. Nate is the best bartender in town, ask him about some of the shots that are found only at Mac's. Gaming people are friendly too!”
