Never moving items with them again if I can help it. All items arrived on a Tuesday but they scheduled the items to be moved in on the following Thursday, 9 days after they arrived at a location 10 minutes from my apartment. When the movers did arrive, they damaged my sliding door (the door is now permanently slightly bent), damaged my upright piano in 3 places, and lost one of my boxes. It's taken me weeks to replace all of the lost items.

Do not use to make your next move. I called and set up moving date. I called to verify that we’re still scheduled, that should have been my first clue They never followed up
