Whoever on fedex ground truck that delivers to 56750 area is not reliable or cannot follow delivery instructions to put ALL PACKAGES inside porch. Poor service too many times and canceled delivery due to "weather" when its sunny and 80.

Same issue over and over with fedex. They can't/won't deliver to my building, yet they won't hold my package(s) for pickup, delaying my package by days-weeks. Absolutely absurd the way they operate.

Won't deliver my package keep saying they can't find my address even though I get a card saying they have my package. Call them and they first say that it was scanned 3 days ago and it's still on its way, then says it hasn't been scanned in over 7 days so now I have to contact the shipper about it.

I have had an order listed as out for delivery for three days. Today, I happen to be at the door when the driver stops in front of our house. He then typed something into his handheld and then drove off without exiting his vehicle. Shortly thereafter I received a message from Amazon saying "Delivery attempted, but business was closed." Concerning as this was to my residence. There are no local numbers listed to contact so naturally we are routed to some far off locale with no skin in the game. Sadly, this has been a repeat experience with FedEx in town.

I cannot seem to get my Amazon packages if they are delivered by FedEx. One was sent to Wyoming and I live in North Dakota. Several have just disappeared or stupid info about where they were left (on the dock). There's no dock attached to my apartment building.

They need to get some drivers that actually try. I live in a secured building with a call box. The old delivery drivers were great, and brought up the packages, or used the call box to get in. The new ones don't even leave tickets saying they could not deliver the packages. Straight up laziest delivery drivers. The shipping office is better and helpful. Other than that don't trust the drivers.

They leave no notes on your building doors or knock at your home door so how are you supposed to know when they’ve “tried” three times to deliver your package?

The driver knocked on the door, ONCE, stood there 20 seconds, turned around and walked to the truck and was gone. 45 seconds from the time he knocked to driving away. I didn’t even have a chance to answer the door. I’ve got it all on my Ring camera. Then the customer service guy from INDIA can’t speak clear English! Extremely disappointed with FedEx Grand Forks North Dakota.
