I live 500 miles from Fargo, but this dealership had the make, model and trim package I wanted. Even with their computer systems down, they worked with me to purchase the vehicle over the phone. The process was so smooth on my end, though I know they worked late on their end to get all the paperwork done. The paperwork was signed on a Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning they had the vehicle delivered to my pick up destination that was 2 hours away from Fargo. Not only was the process smooth, the pricing was the best I found within 500 miles. I was hesitant to call in the first place and thought the process would be a pain, but I’m so glad I worked with them! I have the exact vehicle I want for an excellent price and it really was so easy. I would do it all over again—my only regret is not calling them sooner!

We had our Hyundai towed there and needed a new engine. Service was amazing. Chris was super in keeping us informed. Was easy to rent vehicle. Everyone super nice.

The worst customer service you can receive from a dealership. Starting with the front desk girl who has an attitude and will cut you off when speaking. The service center is just awful… No communication. You can leave voicemails for issues you are having, and they won’t get back to you. Manager seems to be always on lunch or vacation whenever you call. Messed up my brakes and rotor replacement… had to go get them replaced again by a different company. Have had nothing but issues when I bring my car in. Learned my lesson, will not buy a car or service my vehicle here again. There are better options out there.

Went in for a recall on my vehicle. They did not push extras on me and did the recall while I waited. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.
