Have had questionable to bad customer service there.”

“I came here to get my son's Tux jacket fitted and to purchase the rest of his outfit here. I was a little worried about how effortlessly they marked his jacket for alterations. When I came to pick it up, I was so happy!! The fit is amazing! From his jacket to his pants they altered as well. They made sure it fit him before leaving. They even added buttons to the cuffs to add a classy look. They were a little pricey but definitely worth every penny! Actual quality work. My son looks like a little gentleman! Thank you so much! ?”
“I have been to Gartner's several times over the past few years and always receive superior service. Just recently I brought in my son's winter overall bibs to have the zipper replaced on one of the legs. The gentleman looked at the zipper and stated it just needed a cap/stopper. He fixed it on the spot and did not charge me for the 5 mins of service. This fourth generation family business will always be my go to for shoe repair and boot purchases.”

“I rented an ice machine from Happy Soles twice for surgeries. Staff was friendly and helpful (hi Sammy!). During my recovery from my second surgery, the ice machine quit working. I called and they delivered a new one within an hour or so! Awesome service!”

“Excellent selection of shoes. There is a wide variety from sandals up to dress shoes. A good selection for kids as well. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Only a couple minor downfalls. I didn't notice Nike brand and the isles were a bit cluttered with boxes. Overall I'd recommend this store.”
“This place is wonderful! They customized my shoe to fit me , I have flat feet and they showed me an insole that has worked wonders for me ! They’re all so kind and each individual person is treated to fit their needs. All this place needed was new management! Huge thanks to Payton and kaden. The return policy is stress free too! I had to return a pair for my son and it was so smooth! They put the funds back into my account within 2 days just like they said.”
