I am very upset with the store in Zebulon.I ordered shoes for work.They called and I explained that I had fell and couldn't get there until Friday.They put my shoes back and that is the worse customer service I have ever had.They promised I could get them on Friday and called customer service and all I got was OH I am so sorry.Never coming back to the store

I really wish I could remember the girls name who checked me out. She was so nice & friendly!! She made the visit great and made my sour attitude go away completely! Thank you! I know you like horses! You know who you are. We talked about chickens and other animals too and, of course, shoes. You were great, and I really appreciate your upbeat, wonderful attitude!!?

Nice clean store that is well laid out with a good variety of merchandise. There was a lot of sales on all the top brands most people would be wanting to buy, such as sketchers, new balance, and puma to name a few. Will definitely be coming back when I need shoes.

When shoe shopping, you can pick out cute shoes all by yourself, HOWEVER the customer service you get showered with upon entry was very unexpected. MATEO AND DONTE' ARE ROCKING IT OUT IN THERE!!! Great energy and care for customers. Location is lucky to have them.
