The folks at Napa are usually very friendly and helpful in this case walked in told them the number off of a previous Napa filter and it was sitting on the counter in 3 minutes time

Probably the best parts stores in a 50 mile radius. I've never had an issue here and I've had issues at every other car parts stores around this area.

Professional and Friendly environment. Customer service was good. Uniforms could help differentiate the customer from the employees, however, it was at peak time when I was there and they were taking care of their customers with pride and with passion at heart. Great job overall and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Napa for Great Customer Service!

I needed hydraulic hose for my tractor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Unlike there competitors NAPA goes that extra mile to meet your needs. They are closed on Sundays which I am OK with. If I can I wait until Monday just to support NAPA.

Big fan of NAPA mostly. Expected a bit more help on my last visit. Old car, would take some effort to find but counter guy was more concerned about making the sale then verifying it was the right part. Not in stock according to him. Didnt seem to want to try to match it up either. Explained best I could but they didnt really seem to want to help. Looked it up myself online and was in stock there. Bought from a competitor in Raleigh instead.
