Lloyd proved to be an exceptional salesman during our recent visit. His approach stood out as he allowed us the freedom to browse at our own pace before gently inquiring about our specific needs. Rather than bombarding us with a sales pitch, he offered insightful suggestions tailored to our preferences.What truly set Lloyd apart was his lack of pressure tactics. He created a comfortable environment and reassured us that our satisfaction was the top priority. Even when faced with a product he didn't have in stock, he confidently assured us that they could source it locally.Lloyd's sincerity was evident throughout the entire process. Although he inadvertently overlooked mentioning warranties initially, when prompted, he displayed commendable thoroughness in addressing our queries. Leaving the store as a happy customer, I wholeheartedly recommend this place, thanks to Lloyd's genuine and customer-centric approach.Trey and Bruce deserve a standing ovation for their exceptional delivery service! The speed at which they got your items to you was nothing short of impressive. It's like they turned the delivery process into a well-choreographed dance—it looked easy and seamless. What's even better is that they brought some humor to the mix, making the entire experience enjoyable. The dynamic duo of Trey and Bruce truly knows how to turn a potentially stressful situation into a breeze. Kudos to them for going above and beyond!

Delivered a defective sofa and loveseat set. The frame was bent and wouldn't recline. Their delivery men looked at it and called in a service man; but they couldn't fix it and company wouldn't take it back; because they say All Sales Final. Their service man said they would order the replacement and get back with me. That's been 20 months now and they haven't got back. You call leave messages but they won't take it back, refund , or replace.

This place is privately owned and the owner and staff are very nice and helpful. They've got great furniture, a lot of which is made domestically, and many unique pieces as well. I'd say they have something to fit most budgets, so check them out if you're new to the area and need furniture.

They have a great selection with reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and very easy to work with. Best in Zebulon and will definitely go back.
