Greg was very helpfull when my phone was not working correctly and helped Ms get the phone I wanted and needed. He also was very caring with my children that were with me. I can go on but in general I will tell everyone I know to go see him.

Outstanding customer service. Brianna Sandarelli is an excellent customer service rep. She was beyond helpful. We kept getting the run around from the online Verizon customer service but she helped us and answered all our questions. Thank you Brianna! You are why we stayed with Verizon :)

The manager flat out lied and said existing line would could as new lines for a promotional offer. When we called the main number to verify we were told in no uncertain terms that is not what the promotion was.

Briana Sandarelli Has restored my faith in customer service and Verizon. I can’t say enough good things about Briana . She provided the most amazing customer service (and I am not easy to please) she’s knowledgeable, confident, patient she listens, she’s amazing this girl is going places! I was looking for another carrier after too many years of frustration with Verizon customer no service as I’ve seen it go downhill for the past 20 years. I went into the Youngsville store and talked to Briana explained my problems; she immediately took charge and provided excellent problem solving skills and quality customer service. Thank goodness. I love my new iPhone!

Fantastic experience here. Visited two other Verizon locations first and this location not only didn't have a wait to be seen but had the iPhone I wanted for my long overdue upgrade. Customer service was phenomenal, the young man that helped me was terrific, friendly and explained everything. The entire process was so easy, he transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone and we were done in under 30 minutes. Good amount of parking right out front and a huge parking lot steps away. Highly recommend this location!

After ongoing issues with my iPhone I paid a visit to this Verizon store which was closer to my home. The customer service is out of this world. The two ladies helping me did everything that could be done to help with message issues on my phone. If you dread going to Verizon come here they are super friendly and will go above and beyond to help with phone troubles. And even though I was grumpy upon arrival they didn’t miss a beat. Very professional and so helpful.

I took my ancient phone (Samsung Galaxy 3) to Verizon on Sunday 10/4/2020 for help uploading an app. My old phone would not support it. Brianna found a deal for me online and assisted me with upgrading my phone. She had to troubleshoot how to transfer the info from my old phone to the new one. She had to try several different ways to get things to work with my old phone. She was pleasant throughout the experience when I would have lost my patience with it. She managed assisting other customers while my info was transferring. I was impressed with her ability to juggle tasks and provide such good customer service to all of us. She repeatedly offered to provide assistance to help me learn about and set up my new phone, and I believe she would do it in a heartbeat. I am so glad I went in to Verizon while she was there. I really appreciate the great service I received.

Service today with Zachary was excellent! I am now a new Verizon customer!!! He spent time helping me select the account that I wanted to set up and then helped me port over from Boost Mobile. He had an incredible amount of knowledge about service, carriers and why my old phone was not working. Thank you so much again. I would recommend Zachary and this Youngsville Verizon store to anyone.
