Had a problem with the Rude lady in the office. Did not call when my credit card was hacked and auto pay did not go through. After missing one month payment was sending straight to auction. Did not call me at, and they have my phone number.

The woman, who is the first line to customers, is one of the rudest, most disrespectful, and most aggressive individuals I have ever encountered. The person who hired her and the so called, "Manager" have done a great disservice to the company! My opinion

This is the worst storage facility you could ever find. The people that work here are just really mean and completely unhelpful.They would give me the code to get into my storage because I was 10 days late to pay. They charged me a $50 late fee for being late and would not let me remove my property until I proved it was mine with paperwork.Pick another place, no one needs this kind of aggravation.

I was a tenant for 3 years. during this time I asked to be notified if certain parking spots came open so I could keep my vehicles close by each other. It never happened. they just rented the open spots with no regard to my requests.

Just do not have a pleasant customer service. Like you are bothering them. Rented over a year and half, never late on payment and can't seem to give you the time of day. Just kind of rude

My husband and I had a storage unit at Gatekeeper on Tarboro Rd. and we had an excellent experience - the unit was easily accessible and the payment process online was also very user friendly. The staff was always helpful and available. I would highly recommend anyone in the Youngsville area to use this storage facility!

We began renting a unit a little over 1 yr ago, current tennant. The pricing is reasonable, customer service is amazing. The rental amount is the same as it was when we started, which nowadays its a huge plus when you're on a budget. Highly recommend!

Never actually used this place. Only came here because the main building was absolutely gorgeous! I wonder if I can get a house built like that? Love the castle/gate keeper idea too!
