I have done business at this store for over three years now and have had an enjoyable experience every time. Staff is helpful and courteous and answers and questions I have promptly and professionally. People should also understand that they don't set any of the prices for shipping. That is UPS corporate and these stores are independently owned and operated.

I love this UPS store! I continue returning because of Jessica and Maria! These ladies are the best! When opening up my PMB with them, I had unknowingly left my DL behind. Jessica safeguarded it and gave it to me the next time I went in to send packages. Maria always ends up being there when I’m rushing in minutes before they close. Still, she always, no matter what, greets me happily and never makes me feel like a bother. I can always count on them to notice me walking in and immediately retrieving my packages! They are the sweetest ladies, and I wish I could hire them both! Ladies, thank you both from the bottom of my heart! I appreciate you both more than you know! Honestly, the reason that the store shines is because of them! They deserve promotions and raises, please ????

Was told when dropping packing and choosing shipment options that package would arrive Monday the 11th, over 24 hours after dropping it off and paying $65 for shipping the tracking finally updated and it was leaving the town it shipped from 32 hours after dropping it off. Now it is expected delivery by Tuesday the 12th at 7pm, which means I will have to pay an extremely high price to have it back(if it doesn’t get held up an entire extra day when it’s shipped back to me) by the day I need it returned to me.

I came here today to do Amazon returns. The lady at front desk was rude. She was unprofessional and was not willing to answer my questions regarding a return. She clearly is not interested in working. I had to leave the store without finishing my return because I could not deal with her rude behaviour.If you are looking for a place where you can peacefully deal with your returns, look elsewhere.

The owners of this place should give Jesse a raise. She helped me with a recent package that went awry overseas. She did way more than she needed to to help me track it. I dinged a star for how expensive it was and then I had to pay more to get my package delivered. That's on UPS.

The experience was great! The ups service associates were available knowledgeable and professional on my Amazon return! They definitely are the place to go when seeking safe, satisfying returns, and deliveries. The customer service was outstanding and I will definitely be returning! This is THE UPS store I frequent. The wait time is minimal if any and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Everything is clean and neat and the shipping experience was a breeze!
