I've been renting from G&N for nearly a year now. I'd never rented a storage unit before and Brittany and Julia were extremely helpful and got me set up in no time. Now that I've been renting for a while I can say the facility is always clean and easily accessible. We haven't had a single problem and I will continue to rent here as long as I have a need! I know sincerely that if I ever had an issue I would only need to pick up the phone and call for them to take care of it.

I've never rented a storage unit before and was a little unsure of the process but Julia and Brittaney made things incredibly simple for me. I was able to go by on a Saturday and look at the unit and walk away with a key in 30 minutes! My husband had called around a few places for rates but I specifically wanted to use someone local. Well, they had the best rates AND they're locally owned. Couldn't be happier!

ZERO STARS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! These people will hold your belongings HOSTAGE! Don't be kind enough to notify them you are vacating the unit and ask the proper move-out procedures!!! I gave written notice and asked what was required to properly complete the move out. When my son arrived from out of state, our unit was PADLOCKED!!!!

I simply cannot say enough good things about G &" N mini storage. The people are personable and very friendly. And they do something not many other companies will do for you -they work with you during hard times!.
