I have given up looking for any quality clothes here any more, everything i have bought from here keeps falling apart after a short while. whether expensive or cheap clothes, it all fell alart, while even cheaper clothes from walmart held together longer than from here. At this point, I just go to see what they have for christmas, and what they have for gift items, and to just see what might be new, but not for clothes.
What really got me, is they never have clothes my size any more, and i dont know why. i have seen 1 or 2 items my size but its advertising stuff i dont want to be advertising, so i have to go elsewhere for clothes.

People are OK, but no good clothes. Every time I show up to purchase some clothing, they have nothing for me. In my size 38x32 . The clothes they have are for younger people and not for them. Is mature personal .

MERCY! We were in the line trying to check out longer than we spent shopping! There were two slow cashiers, with a supervisor standing idly by without caring! It seemed as if it was our cashiers first day, but instead of helping, the supervisor kept trying to walk off to do non important things! I love Burlington, but this location needs a complete turnaround. And a customer in front of us stated that the store is always this way! Such a shame!

horrible the wait only one or two cashier and i don't see employees working back at the store is a messy every were is horrible on the top of that the only cashier they have they look tired miserable and very slow almost 2 hours wait for pay

I looks like there has been a lot of bad reviews of this place for a long time and here is proof that no body has done anything to fix the problem! We have been in line along a bunch of customer waiting for over an hour to pay for our stuff, It seems like Burlington does not need your money! Fact.

Good place to find everything from clothing, shoes, bags and an extensive assortment of household items, to traditional (Latin) sweets.The only bad thing is that it only has 2 dressing rooms and you have to wait up to 40 minutes to be able to measure a garment because people come in with a lot of clothes and take a long time to leave, the store has no limit or control of how much you enter and that affects some of us who only carry 1 or 2 items of clothing.

The worst store ever they never have no one working and line be wrapped around the store and they go so slow and don’t care! The guy literally stop the cash register to go clean hangers up and I ask for a manger and he said I’m cleaning hangers right now call corporate asap this store needs to be shut down! Then the manger on duty gave me the information to report the store then walked back to the back like there wasnt a long line this is poor management and team in the establishment

Waiting in line for over an hour and cashier spends 20-30 minutes between customers. I did call customer service and no call placed to store to encourage cashier to ask for help.
