Apparently you can not stop here before 5am (24 hour location) I was just advised that by The very rude Sketchy looking employee that slings the store door open hollering 5am Pal (at 4:39) FIRST > IM NOT YOUR PAL BY NO MEANS! And doubt you have alot with your sparkling personality Second > I was pulled there to get little more light to see a email clearly on a Patient update .Third > I was going to get fule on my card at the pump so they should not have been any issues with 5am Pal....remark ! very clear that theirs serenity not any work Ethics at the location or people skills and definitely longer training program is needed this guy absolutely doesn't need to be placed in a location that is next to a hospital till he Learns how to properly handle a situations and communicate with the public...as for a review parking area far as I got appeared somewhat clean about all I seen except for the two ladies that was at the vacuum station cleaning their car out they were doing quite well seemed really motivated at4,:39am they may have cleaned the parking area maybe why they didn't get a 5am Gales welcome.....but no worries ...on a brighter note BP 902 S Stratford Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 scored A+ with a friendly good morning a good coffee tank of fule and not a 5am Pal guy In sight made a bad experience alot better

I went in the store to use the bathroom and was in there for not even two minutes when someone knocks on the door talking about “you’ve been in there for a long time and there’s a very long line outside so you need to hurry up”. I don’t know if there was someone in there before and they didn’t notice them leave or what but someone returning again to bang on the door not even 30seconds later was not necessary. Not to mention that when I exited the bathroom there was absolutely no one around. Over all very terrible experience just to use the bathroom.

The cashier was really nice..It seems like she is alone every single weekend with no help.... The outside is dirty and y'all have dope heads hanging outside the doors..nice area...trash gas station.u need to hire more help

Ghetto place, employees with ZERO manners and they always smell like narcotics there. They always have people roaming outside. Just plain unsafe and dirty location.

I'm giving this three stars instead of one just because everyone else in there is niceExcept for the older lady that works there and does tAnd I asked her how much is the limithe front occasionally, and does the food. I was just trying to put some money on my chime card. She said IDK how to do that in a very I'll disrespectful Type of manner. All I was doing was being Nice and respectful.. There's just no reason someone that works at the gas station across from a hospital at that should be so mean and disrespectful...I'm sure nothingI'm sure nothing willI'm sure nothing will getI'm sure nothing will get done about this but she needs to be talked to..if thsts possible...Everyone else in there has great attitudes..

Jessica with the green nails was rude and nasty when she charged my card two transactions. She was really rude and was nasty to us the whole time. She was smart and nasty at the mouth. Even the CUSTOMER who was behind us came out to apologize and said she was so sorry that happened to us because she even witness how nasty she was.

Good afternoon Google I have been disrespected today the cashier tried my daughter as she went in to make a purchase the cashier Jessica with the neon yellow nails was very rude and charged her card twice as he kept saying it was the card but you charged it twice when all we got was gas she wouldn't even look at the receipt to see her mistake not the card then when I went in she cussed me out and was so rude the customer came out to apologize

Very convenient location and therefore my usual go-to but the place is usually very dirty. Trash doesn't get picked up very often and the pumps are becoming very rundown. The car wash is in good shape but the vacuums aren't always working well.

Customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Would rather pay extra to go somewhere else. Took 30 minutes to get gas secondary to credit card/pump issues. Highly recommend against

The diesel pump is ancient and poorly maintained, and pumps less than one gallon per minute. 20 minutes for a fill-up is ridiculous.
