I recently got my eyebrows henna tattooed at Perfect Brows by Threading, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My brows look absolutely amazing. She did me and my sister eyelashes and it didn't last not even one day because they fell off and she fixed it and in the same day it came off again and didn't want to refund for her horrible work that was unprofessional and this is for all the black women that go to her

I will absolutely never go here again…for one… they will force you to pay for threading even if you say you only want tint. This has happened to me a few times… but this time, look at my eyebrows!!!! Please see photo.

Hair type: I selected the option hair type due to the fact that after a few months of going. I followed what I was supposed to do on my end to get the shape I desired. I was so happy, they were finally just a hair away from being perfect (for the shape I wanted). I had to push ONE of my appointments out a week and a half due to my work schedule. After getting my brows done I got up to the register and the cost went up to 18$ versus the 15$ everytime. Ok that's fine but a notice would be nice. She said it was because I was over my 4 weeks and she had to start over. Ummmm so at the first initial visit she has to start for the first time, isn't that like starting over. I was only a week and a half late it's not like my eyebrows just completely lost the shape or were now caterpillars on my face. After all my hard impatient work. And it was like she didn't want me to notice. There was a new lady there that I guess does eyelashes now and they just kept trying to push that service on me. And had the look of disgust on there face since I asked about the new price change in front of other customers. It was just a shady experience. Such a shame. I really liked what we had going on with my eyebrows. It's just the fact that it was like they didn't want me to see the price change and were trying hard to distract/occupy me.

I have been going to Bavi for about 10 years now. She is amazing!!! She is professional, efficient and very friendly. She does an amazing job on my eyebrows everytime. They always look amazing and it's almost painless. She also does my wax. She always makes sure I am satisfied before I walk out the door. I drive from Greensboro to see her and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

VERY MONEY HUNGRY !!!!!
May 16 i went in for a brow microblading ,but was recommended a micro combo instead was not told price difference, which went from 400 to 600 until the end of our appointment, my appointment was meant to be at 5:30pm but didn't attend me until 8:00pm and finished after 10pm. today I saw a charge of $125 because a no call no show to an appointment for my second fill in, I never receive anything (again the night we left she told me she'd send me a reminder next day because it was late but never did) how was I able to confirm I had an appointment but didn't get message. I called and tried to figure why I was charge if I didn't know I had the appointment she was very rude got very defensive as if she does this often , didn't let me talk to have her understand that I had no idea of this the second appointment, then she thought I was some one else she probably done this several times , all I wanted was to understand, when you leave a card on file please be careful.

Never had my eyebrows threaded before, and staff here was very helpful and quick. Great results, no breakouts after, and helpful service.

They always do a good job with my eyebrows and I love it for that! They always look really good, I don't trust my eyebrows with anybody else when in Winston. The place is always clean and well-taken care of.

Horrible experience..even had to miss work because of it..I never have been more disgusted with a business.. I have had problems losing my lashes from wearing store bought lashes and the glue adhesive that you apply. It was killing the lash root so I came here to get help and still look decent for me to go in public. first off the customer service came off as a bit rude but I knew I needed to do something so I came back for my appointment a couple hours later since they were fairly busy. So I figured that was a good sign. Well they charged a deposit to hold appointment. Never once said it was non refundable may I add. S
