“This is my favorite Trader Joe's location of the ones I have been to. The parking is a breeze, the layout is perfect, the people are kind and the store is not typically *too* busy for comfort. They are willing to help you out with wine selections if you ask! I found my favorite Chardonnay because of a store clerk...and I thought I hated Chardonnay... :)”

“The "Thanks" sandwich is delicious. The hot Italian is amazing. If you like the bagel station's sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwiches come here and try Acadia's. For the same 5 dollars, Acadia will cook your egg in a pan instead of microwaving it. It's sooooo much tastier. Acadia foods is great and worth the wait.”

Note also that everything is cramped and hard to maneuver, from the parking - the entry, the spaces, the layout - to inside the store - the narrow aisles, the layout. Especially at holidaze. Wow.”
“Lidl is a nice place to shop for some items. They're not really your typical grocery store. You can get good deals on meat & seafood most of the time. Produce is generally good though the selection is limited. If you want to take advantage of some of their specials you will need to download their app. If you're interested in an advertised special you probably need to get there the first day of the sale. Lidl is pretty much a "when it's gone it's gone" type of store. They do not issue rainchecks.That said, Lidl is a good place to stop by for specific items but not so much a one stop grocery shopping experience.”
“Honestly, probably the best fried chicken in all of North Carolina! No, seriously, you have to try it. JJ's chicken is always made fresh to order, and it always delivers. You guys, I literally crave this chicken. Service is always quick and friendly. Their staff are fantastic and are open to giving recommendations. There may be a bit of a wait because they make it fresh, but that gives you time to peruse their drink section or also try out some of the fantastic desserts that their owners wife makes! I wish JJ's had indoor seating, but I appreciate it for what it is. You'll definitely need to take it to go, or you can eat it in the parking lot. Either way, you're in for a wonderful time highly recommend this place, if you haven't tried it before!!”
“I shop there sometimes expect when their gas prices are lower than others near me. Their staff are always friendly and respectful of the customers .They offer a wide variety of snacks and other things . Only problem I've had is when people who aren't buying gas park in front of the pumps eventhoug their are signs posted not to.”

“I do volunteer work downtown near Merschel Park and stop in about once a week. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. In general just a great place for a coffee/tea, a small snack or a full on meal. I LOVE the deli counter - made to order sandwiches and bagels, very reasonably priced, always good, and fast! I'm always finding something new in there to try, too ☺️Vegetarian options: Made to order sandwiches (so easy to customize vegetarian)Dietary restrictions: Dairy free ice cream - cone or cup!”

“They weren’t stocked very well but I’m sure it’s because there was a small chance for a teeny bit of bad weather that would have impacted people’s ability to get out of the house for at least 6 hours so everyone had to do what a good southerner does and panic shop. All that for rain… pretty cold rain though.”

“Just stopped by to purchase ripe bananas and ended up also getting a couple of freshly made beverages!! The "Jugo Verde," Green Juice, is what I ordered for myself (fresh pineapple, freshly squeezed organe juice, cucumber, chayote (I believe that's what she said) and a dash of ginger). We also got the Guanábana, milk, and sugar smoothie and a mangonada! I will return for these drinks again! For sure!”

Nice service for groceries and some fresh produce which is always nice. The vibe is great. Can be a bit intimidating to join the bar crowd because they all seem to be from the neighborhood but I can't say they're not welcoming.”
“The most precious, great attitude and kindest gentleman at the cash register! He was a older black gentleman and had a great attitude with all the customers on Friday after Thanksgiving! I love him! Felt really bad for the gentleman stocking because he was the only one there stocking! They had isles blocked but had tried to move them for buggies to get through so just packed house and not really blocked. I will continue to shop there but want the cashier's schedule! Lol. By the way I am a white 58 year old lady. Lol”
“Store is clean and they usually have what I need in stock. Some items still missing on the shelf but that's not there problem it is like that all over. I would recommend calling if your only going for a certain thing to make sure they have it in stock before you go and waste gas”

It is not a big store, but you can get a lot of your groceries here. Their bakery section has the most incredible croissants!
