My jeep engine was making a loud clicking sound. Bad tappet/valve lifter design, common problem. Dealer wanted $$$ to replace the tappets and said the cam shafts would most likely be gone and they usually replaced them anyway, $$$$ . Mike at Rouse Automotive did it for far less and didn't need to replace the cams. Jeep is running great! Excellent service, courteous mechanics and a couple of friendly dogs! But you need to be patient as they are busy and it took a few days to get to my car. Also, its a mechanic's garage with engine parts everywhere, not a dealer showroom. Highly recommend!

More like 0. They had my car for about a year. Said it would take 6 weeks the shop person said more like 12 weeks. When we called they never answered phone. Then when they called said should be ready in a week. Never heard anything so we called them and they acted like they didn't know anything about it. Very disorganized. Not sure if there is some other business going on there.

Had work on my 5.3 LS Heads. They done a 5 angle valve job, cleaned and shaved. Been on a year so far with no issues. Also just had a F23A honda engine head re surfaced. Great work! Wouldn't dare use anyone else for machine work.Service: Engine repair

I had my motor rebuilt and so far I'm very satisfied with the outcome. The owner made me feel comfortable from the beginning when he explained the process of rebuilding my motor step by step. My engine is brand new.
