The car buying experience was unexpectedly pleasant and easy! David was attentive to our requests and needs, both in the exact model we were interested in and in the financial parameters we asked for. The finance office was also great in searching for an acceptable interest rate and did not try to upsell us on extras! Medlin went also so far to fix issues on this used car that we weren't even aware of. Thank you!

LENGTHY REVIEW WARNING: Went into Medlin on a Thursday and got connected with a young salesman, Maleik, who helped us test drive the car we were interested in and was very friendly. They initially did not have the trim we were interested in and so we had already planned on going to another dealership, but all of a sudden, they let us know they actually had the exact vehicle we wanted on their lot. They did tell us that the vehicle was so new to them it was not even in their system nor did they have it ready to go, but it was available for purchase to us. The process of negotiating the pricing was going smooth with our salesman UNTIL he brought in a sales manager, Jonathan, who before even truly introducing himself immediately entered the room stating "Here's how I see things: I'm doing a lot for you and you guys are doing absolutely nothing for me". Not only was it what he said following this, but his attitude reeked of superiority and ego. My husband and I have purchased several cars within the past years and have NEVER been met with such a lack of professionalism, in an attempt I can only assume was to establish some type of power over the negotiation process. We were upfront at being taken aback by his brashness, and he did apologize, stating he had a long day and maybe it was just how he communicates because he was a 'millennial'. We ourselves made no mention of this to other staff, but after this incident, someone must have made a comment about it, as two of their other managers stopped by the room we were in and apologized for his behavior toward us as well. I would love to say this was the only issue we had, but IT GETS WORSE. We ended up agreeing on the pricing for the vehicle and purchasing it. During signing, again with Jonathan, it was once again clear he lacked leadership and professional experience. No mention of optional warranties were made, and it was evident he was in a rush to get us out (understandably as they kept us there until after closing while waiting on their system to go through as the car was not uploaded etc etc). We ask Jonathan when we can expect to get the vehicle and he says they keep a skeleton crew on Fridays and can't get us the car until at least the following Monday. Come Friday afternoon, we hear no updates (as we were told we would get) and end up calling Jonathan. He brushes us off and says that our salesman has been 'on top' of it all day and even got the General Manager involved to get us the car by Saturday morning since he 'forgot' to tell us they were closed on Monday (when we were expected to get the car). He now says he will call us on Saturday morning with an update on the delivery. Come Saturday morning, we get a call from another manager, Chet, who now tells us that they *just* discovered that a part from the vehicle was stolen and they want to know what we want to do, either cancel the contract, order a replacing part, or get another vehicle with them. At this point, its bewildering to me that they purposely waited until Saturday morning to tell us this as Jonathan told us that on Friday they already had their maintenance staff getting the car evaluated and ready for us to pick up. No one was working on the car Saturday morning.... they just wanted to wait the absolute longest they could in order to do what, I'm not sure. We tell Chet we are not comfortable with moving forward with purchasing this vehicle that had the part stolen off it (while on their lot, mind you). He says he is working hard to try to find other partner dealership to get a new car to us ASAP and that he could call us with an update in the next hour at most. 4 hours pass, and we STILL have yet to receive a call from him. To say it was a HORRIBLE experience is an understatement. But at the end of the day, we are grateful to have gone through it as it led us to Sport Durst Mazda of Goldsboro, where we were met with INCREDIBLE customer service, professionalism, and an experience that was lightyears better than what we found at Medlin. There service dept. is filled this irresponsible and inadequate personnel. Took my vehicle in for service and ended up paying for services that weren't performed because Bill Lucas and the tech, Akeem, failed to communicate. Akeem even showed me the info Bill failed to tell me. After picking up the vehicle, realized that it was worse than when I dropped it off. See attached image. After admitting that they charged me for services they didn't complete, they had to get the manager of service, James Stroud involved, who was equally useless. He admitted that they've had troubles keeping people and turnover, and they were going to have a meeting about the quality of service. Turns out that the tech damaged my vehicle during some of the service that was completed. Was without my vehicle for weeks. And the tech left dirt and grease stains on the tan leather. While there, one lady came back and stated that her car will not stay started after just picking it up, the other was an elderly man who has his oil changed a month prior and there was no oil in the engine. I wouldn't trust these country clowns to run water. They just want you to sign paperwork when you arrive, never explained what's about to occur, and pay. Poor service and poor employees. A service dept. that rotten from the head.

Would give them 0 if possible, complete waste of time, had an appointment almost 2 weeks to change the lift gate stay damper on my 2011 mazda 3, they kept sending reminders for my appointment and scheduled time almost every 2 days. I work 12 hour shift at nights get off work the morning , drive 1 hour to get there from where I live, made sure to get there on time, waited almost an hour for them to give me back my car and say they never ordered the part and i need to come back when they order it. Hell no i will never go to these people again for any reason, will quicker sell my car than go there. They suck, will never recommend these people to anyone for anything.
