These guys are true pros! We had a massive long distance move from a massive house in Kinston, NC to Athens, GA and they delivered perfectly! They packed great so nothing was broken or lost. Even after a long long drive they unloaded and unwrapped everything. They didn’t leave the job until we were completely satisfied! I will definitely use them again if we ever need to move!

The process was seamless from start to finish. The movers showed up on time. I had almost everything I was planning on taking with me in a staging area. Kobe was very polite and professional.

When the move was taking more time than expected, Smart Move sent additional staff to assist and still charged us the same hourly rate. The men who moved our stuff did so with care and were friendly.

Thomas and his crew just completed a large move for me. Exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Fair pricing. On time for the pack and the move the following day. Communication and check in was timely and professional. These guys got it done the way they promised. They packed so well and staged everything for the move the next day it went very smoothly. No damage or breakage and much of this was challenging. Will recommend them without any reservations. Great company. Great movers. This is coming from a guy who started his own moving company in a prior life.

The crew were very careful in handling our furniture and despite the heat wave they were so professional to finish the job. Shout out to Dominic's team. I would hire them again if I need to.

I work for Kinetic Movers LLC out of York, PA, we had a load from Hanover, PA to Cary, NC. We needed extra hands on the unload, our company reached out to Smart Move Wilson and they sent over two of their guys (Steven and Danny). I initially had fears about working with guys I didn’t know but Steven and Danny put those fears to rest in no time. They arrived to the unload before us, ready to work as soon as we pulled up. Both guys were extremely knowledgeable in protecting the customers home as well as lifting techniques. They stayed busy the whole time and worked until the job was complete. If you’re looking for a top moving company in NC, then look no further because these are the guys right here. Highly recommend and would use again if we’re in the area.

The guys who moved my belongings worked very hard all day. But…they left random items behind that I had to then move myself. Would have been much better to have me go through each room with one of the movers to confirm they got everything they were supposed to load to truck. Because of the random things they didn’t move for me I had to make several trips with my truck to get the things they left behind.

Smart move movers did a great job. I only needed two movers. Both men moved all of my furniture with ease up three flights of stairs. They also were very patient and professional.

The four man team worked hard during a sweltering heat wave not letting up till the job was completed. Very professional in their interactions with my wife & I , truly good ambassadors of the company they represent.
