Wonderful car buying experience at Flow Cadillac of Wilmington. Our sales rep, Brennen Martone, was fantastic. He listened to our needs and desires, which really led to finding the right vehicle for us. Brennen was great from the initial interaction, providing info on the different cars, and through the whole purchase to delivery process. Juan from finance was also excellent to interact with. I recently had my Cadillac ATS serviced for the 60,000-mile check-up this past Saturday ( 8/11/2024) morning & they said they rotated my tires & they did not because I was having a slow leak in my right rear tire for a month or so & it happened to leak down again on Monday so that's how I know they didn't rotate them. I had all 4 tires replaced yesterday by a different company & found out I needed rear brakes, another sign that my tires were not removed. I'm truly beginning to think they didn't even change the oil or brake flush as they stated because I just had the oil changed 2 months ago & it was on 88% when I dropped it off but they reset it to 100%. I am truly disappointed in the service I received & paid almost $300 from a Cadillac Dealership. I really thought I could trust them but I guess not

I was able to pick up my new car on my birthday and Brennen was so nice and made sure it had a big bow as an added touch! It was such a fun day! I would definitely recommend asking for and working with him when going to purchase your car.

My Escalade door malfunctioned right before leaving to come back to Raleigh. I went to Flow and explained my situation. The service writer wasn't sure what was happening with the lock or door handle. He got and individual from the shop who came out and between them both fixed the door handle. I just can't say how impressed I was with that kind service. I will certainly consider them on my next Escalade. Excellent service!!!

This has been such a pleasant experience working with Flow Cadillac of Wilmington. Ben Howell, Blake Curtis and Juan Garcia worked to complete all of the necessary paperwork over the phone, which was particularly helpful since we live in Myrtle Beach.
