First, he is so knowledgeable we didn't even need to send cell in for repairs....he repaired it right at his desk!! Such a relief. “I'll say the 2 guys in here today are absolute professionals. Great attitudes and friendly. I came in with some pretty serious issues with my account regarding a transfer of a line and one of the employees worked on it calling several help desk numbers for about half an hour. He even stepped out back in private to be a little more assertive to some unhelpful folks over the phone. Even when customers came up to him and interrupted him, he was polite and worked very hard to not be dismissive. The other employee was occupied with an elderly woman, and from what I can tell (I work in IT) he wasn't pulling the old gal's leg. He was well intentioned and explained everything in great detail. I'm coming back to this store if I've got any issues, hopefully Austin and L.A. are on shift.”
