This company is a scam. Have been dealing with CS for over a month and a half to get a return resolved. Customer must pay restocking fee and the shipping cost to return items. On top of that you are required to pay original shipping cost that was FREE at purchase. CS John and Christina are not responsive to emails so calls are your only option. They are very crude and blame the customer for all issues and problems. I just want my $$$ so I can go to another vendor.
Please do your homework and steer clear of this company. Had I known all of this I would have chosen to do business elsewhere. At this point I have given up hope to ever get my return resolved.

Avoid this company and its associate companies. They have an absurd return policy which can result in getting little to no refund. First, if you received free shipping because you reached the trigger purchase amount, they will retroactively charge you shipping if you return an item. A few bucks? No! Over $27 for the one item I kept out of two (It probably cost them about $5 to ship the two items). Then they charge a 10% restocking fee, Then you have to pay shipping to return the item. For a $51 item that was actually two sizes larger than marked, I will clear about $10 after refund. I'd rather donate it to charity or burn it than let them sell it for $51 again. Avoid this company!

Excellent, responsive customer service; great prices; and the jackets they delivered were great quality. I worked with their Sport Shirt Outlet division to order some blank track jackets, and working with them was a great experience all around.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the shirts received. The shirts came with darker colors staining the lighter colors, no plastic or paper wrapping whatsoever. Returned the items at my cost, once they received the return I had call back after 10 days to find out where my money was. After the phone call was made to the return facility and a week later I received a partial refund minus the original "FREE SHIPPING" charge was also subtracted from the refund of $23. At the end of this I was out over $40 with no shirts. I would never recommend this company and discourage anyone from doing business with.

What a JOKE of a company this is! If there were ZERO or NEGATIVE stars this would apply. I spent over $150 on this stupid website buying uniform shirts. I bought 2 different sizes because I wasn't sure how the sizing ran. I kept 5 of the shirts and returned 5. After WAITING ONE MONTH I received a check in the mail (yes, seriously a check...who still does that??). The check was $24 short of my refund due. So, I call called MINDY AMISH at the company and was told they CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10% AND THEY TAKE THE ORIGINAL "FREE" SHIPPING COSTS OUT. WTF? Are you kidding me????????? So, I got screwed out of $24 from LOGOSDIRECT PLUS I had to pay to send them back. I should have kept them and donated them to charity. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP WITH LOGOSDIRECT AGAIN and I hope anyone who reads this will do the same. Whoever is running this company is an idiot because there are another 100+ websites that offer the same shirt...including Amazon, which offers REAL FREE shipping in 2 days and INSTANT FREE refunds and always FREE return shipping.

Completely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I had really hoped that I had found a new supplier for team items we buy every year, but sadly that did not happen. I will not be a customer in the future.

Sadly, this is not a trustworthy retailer (at least via their sister site- Sport Shirts Plus). With plenty of other companies offering sporting apparel and logo screen printing services, take your business elsewhere. I placed an order for an item showing in-stock via the website, only to get a call and email three days later informing me the color I wanted was, in fact, out of stock. I was encouraged to select another color. I did. I was not happy with the new item color when I finally received my order, and called to place a return (not easily done via website). After being informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping and a $15 restocking fee, I politely asked if the company would consider waiving the restocking fee, as it was their fault for accepting my order when they did not have my desired items in stock (after they had already tied up funds from my credit card). The customer service rep with whom I spoke was extremely rude and aggressive and did not offer any gesture of goodwill to make the situation right. Moral of the story- stay away.
