The following items are my favorites: The 5lbs Fire River Farms 81/19 Choice Ground Beef Log has become a staple in my kitchen. The 81/19 lean-to-fat ratio strikes a perfect balance, delivering a rich, beefy flavor and juiciness that enhances any dish. The fine grind is especially ideal for textured recipes like meatballs, meatloaf, and burgers. The moderate shrink when cooked ensures a satisfying dining experience every time. The 5lbs Butcher Block's Ground Pork Log is another staple in my kitchen. Its versatility knows no bounds, and I've enjoyed experimenting with it in various dishes, from Pork Stir-fry meatballs and tacos to Sloppy Joes, chili, taco salads, breakfast burritos, and breakfast sandwiches. The quality and taste are consistently impressive, making it a must-have in my culinary arsenal. The pork back ribs from Butcher Block are a standout item. “A really cool place - it's more of a grocery with some togo food. Staff is friendly. We went it both Carolina Beach and the Wilmington location. Picked up some chicken salad, crackers and the fruit slushes - holy crap - the fruit slush. We had peach with hemp powder (protein). Wow. They sweeten them with honey - the second I got (next day - and no judging!!!) I had them hold off the honey - I thought it was better without the honey. I recommend for specialty grocery shopping and ice cream (didn't try it but looks good). Don't forget the fruit slush!!”

“FIRST TIME COMING ?m! It was amazing . There’s a 40 minute drive from base but it was definitely worthwhile. The food and items are all HIGHLY reasonable on the pricing . I got toilet paper rolls for 4.99!! Groceries like fruit, rice, canned goods, chips etc and so much more for only 139 and I had a FULL BUGGY ! Not only this… the workers are soo pleasant I came in with a stroller and an employee grabbed a cart and walked with me through my entire shopping . She provided recommendations, her full assistance and even loaded the bags in the vehicle ! I love it and will be back !”

“If you are not familiar with Whole Foods, this is a really great place to shop for Natural and Organic foods. They have a lovely Meat and Produce section. The nuts, grains, and granola section is vast. The prices can be high, but if you are a Prime Member, you can get a discount on items that are already on Sale. This location has a Salad and Hot Bar. They also have freshly made hot pizzas and Sushi. The deli has cold cuts and premade items like chicken and pasta salad. The cheese section is really nice. If you are looking for a particular Cheese, they probably have it. They have an excellent bakery with Breads and Sweets and an all-natural area that sells vitamins, cosmetics, soaps, etc.… There is an excellent wine and beer selection with local beers.This location, in my opinion, is overdue for a remodel. There is nothing wrong with the current store, and they keep it clean, but compared to the newer locations I have shopped at, I think it is time for an upgrade. This is a must-try if you visit or live in the area.”

Really wonderful tofu and veggie selections if you can look past the yucky fish and lobster tanks and the funky smell when you first walk in. Most of the items are branded with english translations but not everything. And some of the things you'd think are vegetarian have fish ingredients so read carefully if this is a concern for you.”
