This is by far the best family dollar around I had a very bad experience at the one on market street the employees in murrayville so kind helpful courteous these employees could teach the manager on market street on what customer service is these employees in murrayville have the best customer service ever my husband accidentally sent email to this store instead of market street that was by mistake he’s straightened it out I’m terminal and have a heart condition thank god for murrayville family dollar Charles on market street has no manner zero customer service and a racist I’m grateful to have the family dollar in murrayville

It is currently 11:09am on a Saturday morning and I am standing at the front locked door of this door. Yes they are closed!!!The sign says we are open 9am-5pm ! Really because you are not open right now!!! How can entire store just be closed???? Why don't people want to work anymore????

Don’t know if it’s a store issue or a company issue but if there is signage that something is buy one get one free, that should be honored. Came in on 5/22/22 to purchase flower bouquet and didn’t get a discount and even asked at register and employee told me no, and didn’t even feel the need to check.
