Val did a wonderful job on helping us close on our house! Moving is a very stressful process, and she went to bat for us multiple times to help. From getting us papers to explaining the moving process, we always felt comfortable talking to her! I would recommend her to anyone in the coastal NC area!

Cindy was wonderful. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were having the best experience we could have throughout the entire process. She was very communicative and never left us wondering what our next steps were. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. We ran into some hiccups throughout the process, but she still made sure things went as well as they could. She never made us feel pressured into making any decisions, and she really was very honest with her advice, even if it meant she would make less on the sale. I would absolutely recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a home.

One word - WOW!! but more words deserved for Josie Godwin our agent . Honestly this was an amazing process. She was on top of it from the beginning, lead, had great ideas, guided us through the gaps that we had, drove the key decisions to maximize the listing, the process and ultimately the sale. Josie, while a driven sales agent was also easy going, forceful but hand holding when needed, full of confidence and energy but friendly, humble and honestly felt like she had been a friend forever. The humble part is that I am confident if asked she would point to the land and its opportunity but the reality was she immediately pieced it together in the right structure to maximize the deal and it was ABSOLUTELY maximized and we were thrilled with the conclusion. The sale price, the relationship, the right buyers in a time frame that we never imagined. I wish I had more land to sell through Josie, we would not hesitate to use her again and we highly recommend her to anyone needing a solid, professional that is kind and friendly! Thank you Josie!!

Kathy Black was exceptional in what she did to help us find our North Carolina home. Easily the best realtor we've ever had. She showed us a lot of houses as we honed in on what we felt was the house for us. She helped us through all aspects of the purchase from inspection to final closing. She also gave us excellent recommendations for services we needed for the new home, such as a fence, minor repairs, and updates.

Kathy Black is an outstanding agent! We are moving to the Wilmington area from out of state, and through phone calls and emails, Kathy got to know what was important to us in a house and neighborhood. On our exploratory trip to Wilmington, Kathy took us to see many neighborhoods and homes with different floor plans over several days, giving us a good feel of the area. It soon became apparent to us that Kathy loves the Wilmington area and is very knowledgeable and wanted us to not just find a house, but to find our dream home. And we did! While back in Indiana, Kathy helped us negotiate and close on the house, while keeping us informed all through the process. We couldn’t be more happier with Kathy’s services and highly recommend her.

Rob is great to work with. He acts very fast and was able to make our offer stand out in a very competitive market. The buying process went very smooth. Rob explained everything along the way and answered any questions. He helped us get some smaller issues repaired on the home inspection and even checked on the progress of the repairs before we closed. Rob also helped us find some local services to help with our move in and get us early appointments. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to work with Rob and CB again. Thank you for an an awesome experience.
