I’m really impressed by the concept of this store. Not only does it have fantastic furniture, it has unique clothes and great gift items. It’s the type of place that you can find just the right gift for all types of women. You can find a gift that is funny or meaningful. Where else can you find store that you can pick up environmentally friendly furniture, buy an outfit with accessories, and a gift for a party at the time?

I stumbled upon this store/website through Pinterest. I was searching for dining tables and I fell in love with one of theirs! I decided to give them a call to get some more information. I spoke with Mary over the phone and she was beyond kind and informative. I was very curious about the color especially since i hadn't seen it in person. Mary told me they had another table in the same color on display from the same manufacturer and offered to send me actual pictures of the table/color they had on display. I was impressed with her willingness to help me! It was simply perfect! She then helped me complete the transaction and was totally transparent with the delayed arrival time. I appreciated her help and honesty. I had a fantastic experience and can not wait for the arrival of our table. Thank you Mary. -Rita M.

Absolutely ADORE everything about Blue Hand Home! The best customer service around, the cutest greeters named Stella and Hank and a great collection of furniture, home accessories (especially the candles) and even last minute gifts! Definitely my “go to” place for many years!! Highly, HIGHLY recommend a visit!

I didn’t even buy anything and I’m leaving a bad review. I love to support local, but not this store. I went in for the first time and found a rug I liked. The lady at the store told me I could buy any rug off the floor, and they are usually cheaper. Original price to order online. I went back a few weeks later and the rug I liked was still there, so I really wanted to buy it that day. There was a different lady in there and I told her I wanted to buy it. Well she came up with the dumbest excuses why I couldn’t. She couldn’t even same themconfidently, because I think she even knew they sounded stupid. She told me it was hectic with the holidays (I was literally the ONLY one in the store… maybe one other couple was there) Also, It’s a furniture store so people understand that things will be moved around ??♀️She said her guys weren’t there, and were too busy to help move the rug. All that had to be done was move a small ottoman off the rug and push back a couch. I could have easily done that and brought the rug to my truck. Or as a good employee would do, they would offer to help bring the rug (it wasn’t a big) It’s a rug… not a couch… The way I look at it, she didn’t want me to buy it because I could have gotten it cheaper in store rather than them ordering it online. It was over $100 cheaper. Guess I’ll just order it online. Also, Yelp reviews have terrible comments about their customer service.

I am trying to shop local, small businesses this year but couldn't find a specific item in my area. So glad to have found Blue Hand Home online! They had the exact item in stock, processed & shipped my order same day, and two days later, it has arrived in the mail. Beautifully boxed and carefully packaged to arrive safely and ready to wrap. Will definitely shop with them again!

Ordered a sideboard for $3K+ and it came in a completely different color than what was pictured on the website. Tried emailing, calling, leaving messages - no response from the vendor. Would not recommend buying anything from this place.

I was going to order a Susan Shaw necklace because they said they have free shipping and 10% off on line orders. Went to checkout and no free shipping and no 10% off either. Immediately cancelled my order. Deceptive advertising.
