My friends and I went shopping for fabric, trim and a rug at Artee. WOW!!! With the great help of their staff, especially Diane, we all found exactly what we needed. Artee has great customer service and an extensive selection of product to choose from. Yay!!!

Impossible to work with. Was pleased with fabric selected, but could never get chairs picked up to be upholstered. Finally requested money be returned. Very frustrating experience.

Worst customer service ever. No updates on completion of furniture being finished. Stated chair would be ready by certain date and then did not communicate delay. Did not return phone calls, hung up on me, sent rude text. Did not communicate increase in charge, but claimed to have sent email that was never received. I have paid in full for recovered chair sight unseen and I still have no delivery date.

The best! The spent the time to make sure the fabric (from their vast amount of choices!) was the perfect choice. And it was good to know they offered a re- upholstery service so it was one stop shopping. Highly recommended

I was last in this store about 3 months ago. All I can say is "Wow...what a difference."The store is so much more inviting, cleaner, better organized, easier to navigate. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.You can tell they are still working on improving things but they have made incredible progress.

Absolutely rude customer service. I walked in, the bells on the door made noise to alert the staff- not even a "hello" and no one was up front. One associate was on the phone and just stepped back in between the rugs when she noticed I was there. I heard staff members talking loudly behind the "employees only" curtain, I said "excuse me", for help and no one even budged.Very rude. Poor customer service.

i recently bought fabric and had 2 custom throw pillows made at this store. In designing the trim for the pillows, as nothing was in stock, the store employee convinced me to do a fabric border that would require me to purchase more fabric. She did not have a sample of what she was proposing and I was having trouble visualizing, but she convinced me it would look fine. I was sadly very disapointed when I picked up the pillows. I do not like the look at all and spent quite a lot of money for custom pillows. I have extra fabric which I believe could be used to modify the border plus I found some trim at another store that would work. While I certainly did not expect the store to rework the pillows for free, I would have expected that they would work with me to find a solution. I was shocked that they took no responsibility and had absolutely no interest in coming up with any ideas. I still need to have a sofa recovered and a bench cushion made but I will never use this company again. Totally unacceptable customer service.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection of fabrics was amazing. It was definitely worth the trip to Wilmington.

I've tried to love this place. While it often takes a while to find help in the store, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my exchanges with the manager have been less than ideal.
